I ordered tenders waffle fries soda highly recommended
Bingo this fresh bag of food i just loved it!❤️❤️
The tenders are pieces which I prefer I’m so happy

We always have a solid meal at Chick-fil-A each time we visit. We went in at about 10 am for breakfast. The restaurant was not busy and there was no line to order. We stepped right up to the counter and was met by a friendly person who took our order. This person was courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. Ordering was fast and by the time we found our seat in the dining area, our drinks and food were being delivered to our table. The food was hot and made well. I ordered the sausage and egg bowl which came with a salsa sauce. We also ordered the mini chicken sandwiches which are always good and tasted very fresh. The breakfast chicken sandwiches including the spicy one were hot and well prepared.
We consistently have good food at the Shelton Chick-fil-A location whether we choose to get breakfast or lunch. I’ve never encountered large crowds here but we usually manage to go at breakfast or the very beginning of lunch. The prices for the fast food are not cheap, but the you get great quality and excellent service which makes the bill worth it.

The cashier was extremely nice. I believe her name was Cedra! The service and food were both top tier. I am not one who writes reviews, however this sweet young lady helped me read, and explained the menu to me! I definitely will be coming back, food was also phenomenal.

Cashier who took our order was very nice and friendly, I think her name was Ronnie. The food came very quick, about a 3-5 min wait. I had a basic chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The chicken was very juicy and tender, and the buns were very soft and buttery, the fries were only a little bit unseasoned, but overall they tasted great. Definitely would come here with my family again.

Everything about this place is top-notch! I’ve ordered multiple times, and the food has always been fresh and hot. I also placed a catering order, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even helped me pack everything into the car. The food was just as fresh and delicious as always. Highly recommend this place!

We go to the Shelton, CT location several times a month. This location does a great job even when it is busy. All the workers are always so kind and professional and I have never received an order wrong. Some of the workers remember us by name and even remember our usual order! My customer experience at this location has been great.

I prefer the Chick-fil-A in Shelton over other locations, but make sure to order inside. I’ve never had a smooth experience using the drive-thru—there’s almost always something wrong with the order. When I’m in a rush, I double-check before pulling off, and 99% of the time something’s been mixed up.

My daughter received a gift card for a free chicken sandwich. I came in to place an order and added fries to the order. After 7 minutes, the staff realized I was still waiting for my food. The woman that took my order immediately filled a new order, and apologized that the order had somehow disappeared. She then quickly gave me 3 gift cards for free milkshakes!! Plus threw a free chocolate chip cookie into my bag.
Talk about customer service!!

I want to give a positive review to Kemora at Shelton Chik Fil A! Kemora was so kind and helpful at the drive thru. I was super tired and unfamiliar with the ordering process and she was very kind. (Also, she’s too honest to take a tip against company policy. lol) thank you!
