Ordered food got a boneless 6 PC wing combo and a shrimp and tender meal. Instead of getting the wing combo we received a 2 piece meal with a wing and a thigh. The receipt shows everything correct the box says a 2 piece meal.

Fastest service I’ve had at a Popeyes in years. Then why 2 stars?
We got the 12pc meal. Get home, 6 wings, 3 legs that are almost wing size and 3 breast… wtaf?! No thigh, no even portions. Just getting rid of the pieces they didn’t want. And to top it off, over cooked and bone dry. At least the sides were good… but that really sucks people. Service only goes so far when 1/2 of it is screwing us over.

Most disappointing trip to a Popeyes. Went at 7:45 on a Sunday night. Out of fries. Ok. Out of lids for regular sides so they slap a large lid on the regular container. Both lids popped off in the bag. Paid $4.25 for an extra side of mac n cheese. They gave me about 4 bites. As I was walking out the door, I heard the cashier tell the next customer they were out of it. Must have scraped up the last 4 bites for me. Too many choices for chicken in this town. Next time I’ll go to Chick-fil-A.

I went there at around 8pm. At first I was very skeptical given the reviews but I had a complete opposite experience. The service was very quick and the food was also served in a minute. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The jingle on the commercial and the sign on the side of the building had me singing, “Love that chicken from Popeyes,” all the way through the drive thru.
This Popeyes is located in the old Chick fil A building off of South Street. If you like chicken you’ve got, Popeyes, KFC, and Chick fil A all within walking distance to one another.
This Popeyes location was clean and friendly and the food didn’t disappoint. I love their chicken sandwich. Shrimp and fry Tackle Box is also great.

We ordered one spicy and one original chicken sandwiches and 4 pieces of fried chickens. Their chickens are marinated and crunchy. I like their blacken ranch sauce. In general, it’s a good place for chicken if you live nearby, but it may not worthwhile if you live far from there.

Really upset! Customer service was extremely poor. I ordered a meal that was old and served to me barely warm. I asked the person at the window if they could give me fresh chicken and handed the box so she could feel my chicken was not near warm. She took the box told me to pull to the second window it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes and there is no line and 1 truck behind me. So are you telling me all the chicken in this place is warm. A 20 minimum wait with no line and no cars is beyond crazy. If I could place a negative amount of stars I would. The attitude and no apology for serving this poor version of Popeyes is crazy. This is far from Popeyes standards. Hard pies and wrong drink in which she tried charging a dollar to correct

The ratings really kills a business, however this location is really nice, the service is fast the food is hot and fresh, and there’s lots of seating, the main dining area is really loud with Echo voices but they have a side aisle it goes back to the restrooms with tables along that aisle, really nice and quiet, probably the best Popeyes I’ve been to yet
