Easily one of if not the best sub shops in town. Whether you order in person or use the app the food is always ready in a timely manner without any mistakes. The staff is top notch with their customer service. And really not a bad sandwich on the menu. I recommend any of their Phillys.

Stop by for the first time today after seeing an ad for Carolina Reaper Philly Cheese Steak on social media. It’s totally worth it!! I got mine with raw onions but you can get grilled onions too. It has Carolina Reaper Pepper Jack cheese and Nashville hot sauce with a ranch drizzle. You will feel the heat within 5 seconds of biting into the sandwich. It’s hot! but not crazy burn your mouth hot, bearable and flavorful! 15 minutes After you finish the sandwich you can still feel the Carolina Reaper heat on your taste buds. Truly a one of a kind Carolina Reaper experience. Spicy lovers, come n try this sandwich I highly recommend it!!

This review is about my order through UberEats, so I don’t have any opinion about the restaurant in person. My Italian sub was excellent! I provided lots of instructions and they followed ALL of them. That alone is so much better than any of the other local sandwich places. I mean it, I’ve tried every one in my area and none of them ever follow the personal notes. So that’s great, and thank you so much!
The ONLY reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I also ordered the chicken salad wrap. Again, very well put together and fresh, but genuinely flavorless. Compared to my Italian sandwich, it was lifeless, even with toppings. I don’t know if this is the recipe for the entire Lenny’s chain, or if this location makes it bland.
All of the packaging was perfect, not soggy because they wrap them up securely. Sandwiches retained their shape and weren’t falling apart in any way.
Overall, I really enjoyed it, but I’m just avoiding that chicken salad in the future!

Was a frequent customer at the Farragut, TN location but had an opportunity to grab lunch here in Alpharetta. Ordered a cheesesteak with most of the suggested toppings. The flavor was delicious, as usual, however I felt that the sandwich was more bread than anything else and needed more toppings.

Listen, I am originally from the Philadelphia area so I know what a cheesesteak should tast like. I can spot at an imposter from a mile away. This is as close to home as it gets. They don’t understand the salt pepper ketchup mayo thing, but it’s all good!!!
