Excellent over all atmosphere, cleaning crew was out. Greeted upon entry, our waitresses was Jessi, very pleasant lady she took in consideration of our orders. I wish that I had taken more funds to tip bigger. She keep drinks filled, and often check on us for anything else. The seaon for holiday theme was so beautiful ! We was recommend to this place by hair salon employee at Cristina B Salon.
It was worth get the haircut style, and jumping over to El Patron for dinner!
It was nice to experience my gentleman getting pamper!

The exterior and interior of the restaurant are both very inviting—much more stylish and polished than many other Mexican restaurants in the area. I really enjoyed the variety of salsas to start with, and our drinks were excellent. The menu can feel a little overwhelming at first glance, but it offers a wide range of options depending on what you’re craving.
The service, however, left something to be desired. We chose to sit on the patio, and during the hour we were there, our waters were only refilled twice. Considering it wasn’t a particularly busy evening, the lack of attentiveness from our server was disappointing. As a side note, the patio would be much more comfortable with ceiling fans to help on warmer nights.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m glad we gave this restaurant a try. With a bit of improvement in service, it has the potential to be an excellent spot.

This was our first visit to El Patrón, and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing, but the real standout was the spotless restaurant and the exceptional service. Our waitress, Valerie, went above and beyond and checked in frequently. We would absolutely recommend El Patrón to anyone!

5:00 p.m. Saturday evening servers were incredible extremely friendly fast prompt service and the food was extremely tasty. The server Valentina was especially very sweet and talked with me at the bar for a while since no one else was there.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! A+++ From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and the entire team was incredible. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always smiling. Our waiters were outstanding, and the support from management and the supervisor truly made a difference. We especially appreciate the last-minute accommodations—they went above and beyond to ensure our birthday celebration was a success. Thank you to the entire team for making our evening so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

This place is AMAZING! Food was incredible! David our waiter was on top of everything. Everytime our drinks were close to empty he was there getting us refills. It was my son’s 15 birthday. They sang happy birthday to him. Just overall a wonderful place with amazing food. The multiple dips they brought with our chips was delicious too. Highly recommend this place!

We do Taco Tuesdays on a regular basis. This Tuesday was a trip to El Patron Cocina. Wow! Really great choice.
This is a comfortable restaurant with a modern Mexican atmosphere. Large menu with a variety of upscale classics. We had the Fajitas, chimichangas, Molcahete and chili Relanos.
The menu has a variety of upscaled steaks, seafood tower, grilled octopus, seafood, bone marrow, Birah tacos but not upscale prices.
There are an assortment of side dish alternatives. You don’t just have to get the standard refried beans and Spanish rice. There is Mexican corn, lime rice, black beans and others.
This is a great restaurant and worth a return visit. Prices are actually very moderate. Most meals are around $14-$17. Some less. Some higher.
Great selection of salsa comes w your chips.
Excellent selection of drinks if you want to envibe
I would say our meal for 5 was about $170. But $50 of that was drinks. So… about $25 per person for dinner per person w/o tip.

I really wanted to check out the second floor view and atmosphere. It was beautiful all around. We ordered El Acapulco and Super Enchiladas. I really enjoyed the chips and variety of salsas!

We went to this location on Thursday, approximately 3:30pm. The facility is beautiful, very clean and there is an elevator available to access the second floor. I was greeted immediately and requested to sit on the patio. We were quickly brought a flight salsas and chips (so good!). Our server was very attentive and accommodating while waiting for us to go through an extensive drink and food menu. We decided on steak fajitas and there was enough for 2 people. The meat had a dry rub seasoning flavor that was different from what we are used to, but still good. The toppings servings were larger than what we’ve seen before and that was great! Will visit again!

My best friend from junior high took me here after being gone from Tulsa over a decade. 10/10, no fake Tex-Mex here, puro sabor auténtico. Tastes just like abuela used to make back in Laredo, but with that Tulsa twist. El Patrón on 51st ¡qué chido!
