A restaurant/brewery in New City, what’s not to love ! This place combines a sports bar scene with great burgers and a brewery on the other side. It is a bit confusing when you walk in because the restaurant is literally split into two areas. We sat at a table against the wall and watched some hockey on the wall of T.V. above the bar. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 kids. It took > 10 minutes for anyone to come to us and take our order. We ordered 2 mushroom burgers, 2 kids cheeseburgers and an order of fries. The fries really steal the show because it’s a huge, high stack of shoestring fries which were also very tasty (not oily, not bland, or over-salted). The burger was delicious, the bite was soft and the patty cooked to perfection. Not dry but not a wet mess either and beef was of a more then decent quality. I simply felt it could have been a tiny bit more flavorful which had me often reaching for that pickle spear the burger is served with. But all in all it was delicious, good quality beef and I will definitely be back. A kiss for the chef and God bless !

The atmosphere and vibe are pretty chill.. Sport bar / local family eatery / drink hole with a large variety of beers. Burger is in its name but I found it a bit greasy especially the sautéed onions and shrooms on the mushroom burger. The burger itself would greatly benefit from a generous dash of salt & pepper. Overall though the vibe here rocks and the pricing is reasonable

The fries were really crunchy and they had their own sauces. The food came out quickly. There was very nice service. The kids enjoyed a classic burger and a hot dog and the adults enjoyed the rare tuna sandwiches.

The BURGER Loft is definitely one of the better burger spots in the area, and every time we stop in we walk out full and satisfied. The quality of the food is really what stands out the most. You can tell they use fresh ingredients—nothing tastes frozen or rushed. The burgers have that perfect char on the outside and stay juicy on the inside, and you can customize them exactly how you want. I tried one of their specialty burgers and it was packed with flavor from the first bite to the last.
The fries were hot and crispy, and the portions are generous, which I always appreciate. The service was friendly and pretty quick considering how busy it gets, especially during peak hours. You can tell the staff moves fast and tries to keep things organized even when the line gets long.
The atmosphere is fun and casual, good for families or just grabbing a bite with friends. It’s clean, modern, and has a cool loft-style vibe.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait times can be a little hit-or-miss, especially during rush hours, and sometimes the burgers come out slightly different from the last visit. Still, it’s absolutely worth stopping in—it’s one of the best burger places around, no question.

My family ordered food to go recently from Burger Loft. My husband found the piece of plastic pictured in his burger. I called immediately and was told a manager would return my call right away. They did not. I called again yesterday prior to the dinner rush. Again, I was told the manager would call me back and they did not. The same person answered the phone both times… they recognized the situation and stated they passed the message along. I stressed the urgency.
I truly understand things happen. I’m less upset about the plastic than about not getting a call back to resolve the issue. I would have expected this to be a priority.
We will NEVER eat at or order from Burger Loft again due to this extremely disappointing experience.
I am not a person who leaves reviews. I wanted to resolve this simply and privately. I should not have to chase a manager.

The environment was deceptively pleasant. I’m glad that people are bored enough to bypass this sad excuse for good service, but we were not. Our waitress took way too long to service us OR pick up our check at the end of the night. A very fake “service dog” who was uncooperative and rambunctious was permitted service, and the fish tacos looked like Gordon’s fish sticks, and the fries looked like trash compared to everyone else’s (burned fry basket ends). The biggest problem we had was just how different this location compared to the Nyack location where everything is legitimately perfect. It was upsetting and a waste of money.

Nice place. Good burger selection. Would rather have a thicker, less week done Burger. But the menu clearly states that the burgers are all “cooked through” and served as double patties. Good selection of well brewed craft beers.

*Delicious Fresh Food* *Great Service* Main seating room was extremely loud, they let us sit in the brewery and it was very peaceful (except the music was a bit to loud).
