I had an incredible experience at Breakfast Bros! We ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and it was absolutely bussin! The combination of crispy bacon, runny eggs, and melted cheese on a soft bun was a flavor explosion. Each bite was delicious, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The vibe of the place is casual and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy breakfast with friends. I was looking for something different than just a biscuit from a chain restaurant or a yogurt and fruit parfait I’d been having. Google maps brought me here despite it being farther than several chain places I live near.
I got the steak, egg and cheese sandwich with peppers and onions. Biting into this thing ruined my life because it was so juicy and delicious, I’ll never be able to eat at Hardee’s again! I told all my coworkers about this place because it was THAT good. Everybody wanted a bite but it was too good to share.
Maybe a bit more expensive than typical chain breakfast places but definitely worth it. And although I may only be able to splurge occasionally, it’ll be the best day!

We just had our first experience eating from a food truck, and it was freaking awesome!
Even though there were several people there, the wait time was minimal. And the staff was very friendly.
There are a couple of picnic tables there, but we decided to take our food back home and eat it there. When we got home and took the sandwiches out of the bag, they were still hot! And huge too. (So big that my wife and daughter couldn’t finish theirs, but I volunteered to help.)
It was a great experience, and we will definitely be back again. I would recommend Breakfast Bros Food Truck to anyone.

The food I ordered was ready immediately! At first, I was pleasantly surprised it was ready so quickly but when I tried it I understood. They clearly made the food far, far in advance, which is odd because it was around 11am on a Sunday and not even busy. Also, after working in restaurants for a couple of decades, it’s pretty obvious when fried food is cooked in oil that is old and needs to be changed, which was the case here. It’s really too bad because underneath the cold, old and yucky oil taste I could still tell the food would probably be excellent if it was made fresh.
