No wait time at all when I went today, easy to read and understand menu, very friendly people and the Vegan wrap was Absolutely Delicious! I will Definitely be coming back! I also want to make a BIG DEAL about the Organic Ketchup that I Absolutely Appreciate and wish More companies out there would use! I HATE high fructose corn syrup and this Organic Ketchup Doesn’t contain that garbage… I personally use 100% organic fruits and vegetables and Every Organic product I possibly can, so the simple things like this make me happy. I would be Even More happy if Everything restaurants used was Organic and Set a Standard for Health and Only buy and sell Organic food too… I’d say my Health is Worth Every Penny spent on Organic everything these days…

Visiting Moab as a stop on the way to Colorado and decided to come here for dinner. WOW am I glad we did. The food is absolutely delicious and authentic. Portion sizes are fantastic. The employees are so kind and friendly. I got the Athens Gyro Wrap with extra Tzatziki. My partner got the Ephesus Gyro and it too, was fantastic. Oh, and the french fries (included with your meal) were YUM. 10/10 I will be returning when I come back to Moab!! Don’t miss this spot in the Moab Food Truck Park.

Highly recommend for a filling and great tasting meal. We had the Mykonos Wrap with fries and Falafel side which were absolutely delicious. We’d been on the road 10 days and this was by far the best food we’d eaten. Hot & Fresh made to order and quick service.

Was passing through Moab and found the food truck park. I hadn’t found an inspiring gyro menu since the Obama administration. I decided to try the Istanbul gyro because I had never seen a spicy gyro offering before. WOW! That homemade chili sauce with the pickles?! That’s a home run! If I was vacationing in Moab or a local I’d definitely go back to try their other offerings. Oh! And the fries were hot and crisp!

There should be a sign on the main strip that this area has food trucks. It was an accidental find as I was walking the main street checking out the different businesses. There are different types of food choices here but I opted for the Mediterranean place. Service was quick and the food was delicious. I would recommend if you were in Moab to check this place out.
