I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to say something about the service I received today. Garry was awesome and helped me out with my order and all the deals going on. He has such good energy and was just happy to be there which I love because we don’t see that often. One of the best subways i’ve gone to and Garry definitely helped with that. Way better than the other Subway down a couple streets and I will happily drive the extra 10 minutes to come here. I’ll be sure to visit again.

I hate to be that guy but customer service these days seems to be so hard to find. My pregnant wife got a foot long festive turkey sandwich and they put buffalo sauce instead of cranberry sauce. Okay that’s a mistake, no worries. So I go to the store to get a refund and we brought half of the sandwich in and threw away the other half. They then give us attitude about only bringing in half of the sandwich and not the bit out of other half. Like visibly getting upset at me about it instead of just making the sandwich. So I said if it was done right the first time we wouldn’t be having this conversation at all. So tired of these entitled people thinking that being rude to customers is just okay now. Like it’s your mistake my guy.

I picked a foot long sandwich yesterday and it’s half empty,I asked for extra spinach there was less… terrible sandwich and also was a foot long. I don’t normally go to this location and I will never return. I just called the store and the manager /owner was argumentative and kept taking over me. I will never go back to that location . I also get subway nearly everyday but I had never been to this location . I also get the same sandwich for maybe 20 years. Manager was so rude I hung up the phone.

Supposedly Subway’s Eat Fresh campaign has a refresh, but it seems like the same Subway just with everything scrambled on the menu. I thought the refreshed Subway was supposed to cut the meat fresh especially for you, but instead, as one guy made sandwiches, the other sliced mountains of cold cuts to put in tubs. As I sit here and contemplate the atmosphere, I imagine what it could be like with outdoor seating with potted trees maybe with a pretty tile( See the Bread Basket in Camarillo.) As far as staff, there is always some new guy left to fend for himself. I don’t think I have ever seen a manager there. This a nice Subway, but it could be so much more.

I just got three of foot long steak sandwiches and that made a sad dinner for my family.
