I like coming in with my friends I love the vibe inside and how clean and organized the restaurant is. Usually has a long wait when busy but I’d say it’s worth the money and time. The staff is always nice and friendly and make me feel welcomed . I like that they have the surveys for free fries because I like the fries.

Usually pretty busy around lunch and dinner time, but ordering with the app lets you go in and out in under 5 minutes. They did forget my fries one time, but a quick call and I was able to sort everything out. I will be coming back whenever I’m in the mood for some spicy or savory wings.

I remember coming here all the time after work at best buy, I remember the Alvarez alumni coming here after football games they did the Harlem shape to go viral. So fun and exciting. Well today visit was amazing unfortunately the restaurant was slow but today visit the food was Amazing. Every wing was juicy the flavor was extravagant amazing. I mean it’s a regular wingstop nothing much to it but the food is still spectacular the staff is respectful and friendly although the wait time can be pretty long at times but I don’t blame them because lots of people go there and frying chicken does take a while but other than that it’s a great place to dine at. The mango habanero is an amazing flavor to get if you like spicy and props to the garlic parm never too much garlic and never too much parm. I walked in and got in line. Once the one customer finished ordering a group of girls got in front and put 3 separate orders. Then 2 guys walked in and pay for their order.
Then they said “oh there’s still 2 more people ahead of you” When we were the only people standing in line when walking in.
Had me waiting 15 min just to find out there’s not only one person in line. But 6 ahead of us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is my second time ordering online, I placed my order at 11:36 am to pick up at 12:15pm I got here 12:20 pm and my order wasn’t even started yet, I understand there is certain hours that a business can get busy especially during lunch but I placed my order 30 min before picking up and when I arrived it hadn’t even been started. Also the person that was ordering when I got there got here order before I did which doesn’t make sense if I pre ordered ??? But ok I got my order 12:48 pm and i am not sure if they forgot or what cause hey didn’t even call my name out !! I had to go and ask what was going on ??? This is sooo ANNOYING. Especially because I came during my lunch window from work and now this is going to cause me to be late PLUS NO TIME TO EAT Lunch. I don’t understand why have a pre order option if it’s not going to be ready at the time you place it to be picked up. And on top of that !!! My freaking food was cold ???? Like how !!! Ugh worst wingstop.

Reasonably priced. Quality of food has dropped since first opening. Food itself is just okay. Only thing saving the taste of the food are the sauces. Fries already soggy by the time it was handed from the cook to the server. Either the fries were not cooked long enough or could have benefited from a double fry.

Great customer service . Fast service and fresh hot bomb af chicken wings . This time I got sauces ots with some veggie sticks! Fed a family of 6 for under $60! This def had all of us satisfied even my picky eaters! Will def be back for more!
FYI-There is no dining in right now! Only 1 person can come in and order at a time. Wait on the sidewalk or in your car for order you will get msg when its ready! If paying with card you need you id. No exceptions. When picking up order that you already paid for you will need your credit or debit card and id at time of pick up! All employees were very courteous
