This is the fourth time this happens to me so I’m writing a review. I ordered a McFlurry with extra Oreos and they told me they were at the bottom because they didn’t even put the flurry in the machine apparently. They made sure to charge me for the extra Oreos. But I think what they did instead was put light Oreos. What a rip off. 7$ for basically 1$ worth of vanilla ice cream. Like why are they so cheap with the Oreos? Does it really cost them that much money? I could have bought two bags of Oreos and a gallon of ice cream at ShopRite for 1$ more. Instead I get ripped off and I’m so upset because obviously that’s the dessert and I didn’t check it until I got home. What they did was just dress the top of it with a little bit of Oreos to make it look like there was a lot but they actually did not put any inside or at the bottom. If that’s how it’s done, then why is it a flurry? It should just be called vanilla ice cream or Oreo topping. This is ridiculous cuz I’m not the only person this happens to. I see somebody else on here complaining about the same thing and it happens often

Giving this a one star because I had place an order and my caramel frappe is LITERALLY ICE! Can’t even drink this, the paper straw doesn’t even help because the ice just gets stuck. No flavor at all just the taste of ice. Can’t get a refund or new frappe because I had left and didn’t have the time to go back

This McDonald’s is great, especially with customer service. The staff are super nice, flexible and happy to help. The fries are amazing, though they taste so good. Please give them a raise they deserve it ! Hope you’ll feel the same too

everytime I ask for extra Oreos in my mc flurry they always charge me and never actually put them in. For the price they charge for extra this should be a crime

Went to MacDonalds for late, 8pm dinner with two other adults and a 1 year old. For some reason, they couldn’t give me a receipt foe my credit card. I stood there waiting, after politely asking again, and the woman said it was her machine. I asked for the Mgr. And she then pushed a few buttons s and the receipt came right out. Not a good experience. Place was clean and well lit. Food was , well its McDonalds.

This location messes up the drive through orders all the time. Today I ordered 2 BigMac meals and a 10 piece. What did I get? In the bag was 1 Big Mac and 2 10 piece. The ticket stapled to the bag has the proper order. How hard is to match what is on the ticket to what you put in the bag? I could go back down there, speak to the manager and get my proper order like I usually have to do but after a long day it’s not worth it.

For the amount of money that is being charged, I expect better customer service. Here is my breakdown:
Food (3/5): My order is correct about 75% of the time. And the opportunity to fix my order, only 2 employees are willing to fix it. The others act offended.
Service (1/5): Only 2 employees are good and care about customer experience. They just refused to exchange the toy for a kids meal. How hard is it to do a simple task? It’s not, they are lazy. It doesn’t cost any different which is the BS excuse they gave.
Atmosphere (2/5): Tables are frequently dirty or bathroom’s are broken.

Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and they entered a cheese burger. Once that was corrected it was exactly how I ordered it. I also ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget’s and received 4!! And to add insult to injury the nuggets are like half or a third of the size that they are supposed to be.

The only reason I gave a low stars on service and atmosphere is because the general manager is very rude and disrespect and she talks about people in Spanish thinking some can’t understand her smh let me not forget her little minions that follow her that are disrespectful too because nothing has been done with the multiple complaints about her and them smh
