I love this place! I have been there at least 10-15 times over the past years. Nice prix fixe deals that includes a couple of drinks. Most of the staff is very friendly and Armando the chef on the grill upstairs and his assistant are very accommodating and love to chat to guests. Be careful walking up to the top floor as the stairs are a bit steep…
I recommend this restaurant to my friends but be aware that as with many cuban restaurants there may be 2 menus – one for Cubans and June for foreigners.
Nevertheless, I still return to this restaurant every time I visit La Habana.

They tempted us with in with the Lobster, so we ordered the Surf & Turf. Although in general everything was good, the Lobster was spoiled (smelled of Ammonia). The worst part is that the restaurant knew about this, because they made it very salty to cover up the bad taste / smell. This is pretty common in Cuba, but I did not expect it from such a nice looking place… We fed the Lobster to the cats (there are a LOT of them that gather up around you nearly attacking you for food, if you sit outside – which is another negative of this place).

Very beautiful at night with candles and overlooking the park in a quiet area three blocks off 41st in Vedado área. Portions are reasonable with nice sauces and unusual meat options. Live musicians we’re good, but then went table to table interrupting conversations to collect tips. Given the prices in Habana, the attention to details and services should be better. If you want upscale meats, this is one of the few places to consistently get them.

This was the closest restaurant to my BnB. Very beautiful garden for dining. Food was, well, pretty good, for Havana. The service was very nice, and I even met some famous Cuban TV star there, courtesy of my local friend who knew him. Woo Hoo! Starf*cking in Havana!
