This is going to sound crazy but this pizza hut is awesome . 5 stars all around. Shout out to Kelis, and big ups to Jay for making the pizza to replace the one that the DoorDash driver did not deliver. I am pretty sure it was stolen and Im pretty sure that the delivery driver took it but again this a great establishment. Very clean. VERY NICE workers and I hope that whoever reviews my post that you’d consider this establishment. Have a great day.

Not sure how things were before but they said that they are under new management now so i gave them a chance. I ordered a bacon ranch flatzz pizza and cinnabon mini rolls. Those mini rolls were so good that i ate most of them by myself. They are so addictive. You have to try them.

As DoorDash, I have tried picking up from the store twice now and both times have been screwed over. The first time I was told that somebody already picked up the order, meaning that they’re not checking DoorDash apps to make sure they’re giving out the right orders. The second time they looked directly at the order told me it wasn’t ready yet. Waited there another 5 to 10 minutes just for them to tell me that the order is ready and I’ve been staring at it for the last 10 minutes. If you’ve got the time to wait here for someone to figure out how to do their job I pray that they get your order correct and quickly.

Before today my last time here was 6/11 and with that visit, I was promised a credit to my account for waiting over 45 minutes past the pick up time because the manager said they looked over my order. I’m here today and I’m being told there’s no credit on my account. They offered 20% off and I took it. My order came out and the pizza looked dry. No marinara sauce. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes for another pizza. This is definitely my last time at this location. It’s always something when coming here.

Buyer beware! I ordered 3 items and every single one was messed up. The pizza was literally falling apart. The crust was not even attached on 90% of the pizza. The pasta had probably a third of the sauce necessary to keep the noodles from being dry, burnt, and crunchy to the point of being inedible. And the boneless wings had 3 dabs of sauce tossed in and that was it. This is the most ridiculous pizza hut experience I’ve ever had. I will not be getting anything else from this establishment.

This was the absolute worse experience I have had at this location. We ordered the pizza as a pick-up. Upon returning home and opening box, I realized the pizza was not baked properly. I called back several times and the call center attempted to transfer me to the store; however, unsuccessfully. Someone would answer then hang-up. I completely understand that the location appeared to be short staffed, and the staff seemed to be doing the best (under the circumstances), but this is unacceptable. The pizza looked like lasagna…cold lasagna. Is there not a manager to supervise? I am disappointed in this terrible level of service.

If I could give a 0, I would. Placed an order online and did carry out. Get home and open the box and a roach crawls from underneath the cheesy bread as I pull for the bread. Attempted to call Pizza Hut and 3 of us tried- 1 was on hold for 20 minutes, 1 for 13 and 1 for 15 minutes and absolutely no one answered the call. So had to drive back up to tell them about this disgusting discovery. If you look at the picture- the roach is crawling out of the box. Please don’t do business at this Pizza Hut.

I have come to this store and many others over the years in this area. Manager Shammon or Shannon, whatever her name is.. this lady is something special. There is another manager of this store, I believe her name is Gabbi. She is fantastic, nice and makes sure my order is correct every single time I come in. I could overhear this other manager shammon or Shannon yelling at employees who I COULD SEE working their butts off while she wasn’t doing anything.
While I was there, I even overheard her say that she didnt know how to put an order in the system while handing the work phone off to another employee and walked away. She also deletes bad reviews on certain stores. If I see this review get deleted, I will be in contact with corporate with plenty of screenshots and pictures I took while in the building.

Why don’t these places have delivery drivers anymore? My pizza was delivered by door dash driver 45 mins later then the first time it said it would be ready. Freezing cold pizza, wings and bread sticks. This is the 2nd time they couldn’t deliver my pizza on time and it was cold.

If I could rate this place with a negative star it still would not reflect my unpleasant experience at this place. I would highly suggest that you NEVER pay for your pizza upfront. I did, and then when my pizza came out looking like a 3rd grade project, I was told that not only will they not make it over, because they were getting ready to close, I was told that they don’t do refunds and that they only provide a store credit. Lets be clear, if that’s your policy, then it needs to be posted inside your establishment and maybe you shouldn’t allow people to pay for their pizza until they look at it. Thoroughly disappointed and I have no plans of EVER going back. Oh and trying to reach a “manager” to discuss my displeasure, was harder than Dorothy trying to talk to the Wizard of Oz.
