It was my first time there. It was my birthday today when we walked in. We were greeted right away, sat at a booth. They brought chips and salsa, which was terrible, veryWatery.and With no flavor. I ordered the fajitas. It was bland with no flavor then. When she brought the fajitas. The fajitas were in a dish by itself and beans and rice and Pico de gallo was on another plate, I had to ask for an extra plate just to eat from Second of all when the tortillas came for my fajitas, they were dried out on one end and burnt, the waitress never asked how the food was or came back to see if we needed anything we had to flag her down twice. I eat a lot of Mexican food and I give them a 2 star.If even that??.

We both agreed the hospitality was excellent—fast, attentive service and a great atmosphere. The waitress was especially impressive, always available and very professional. One of us enjoyed the food, while the other found it underwhelming. Despite mixed opinions on the food, the outstanding service left a positive impression, and we would consider returning because of it.

There was a lady working there who was extremely courteous and helpful, but I don’t believe she was my designated server.
She up-sold me on the 24oz beer as well as chips and guacamole (both which i enjoyed).
I sat at the bar – which is about 4 or 5 seats only (its a small restaurant).
My burrito was decent. Nothing to really rave about, but the portion was pretty hearty.
I didn’t see much that made this place stand out from other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Los Habaneros in Hudson, WI, is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine. I tried the quesabirria, and it was incredible—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The consomé that came with it was equally delicious, adding a rich depth to the dish. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic meal!

My family stopped here on our way to Minneapolis from the Milwaukee area. We were all disappointed in the food. The complimentary salsa was clearly a canned/jarred salsa, with the color and consistency of ketchup, having no flavor or spiciness. The rest of the food was very bland.
The service was okay. The server was friendly enough, but the hostess did not acknowledge, speak, or crack a smile once, even though she seated us, brought the salsa and later the guacamole we ordered.
The atmosphere is fun and unique, especially considering that’s it’s located in a strip mall. I think atmosphere is the best feature of this restaurant.

-Margaritas were not strong
-The hostess and waiter barely said any words to us except the bare minimum and never once cracked the slightest smile
-One (out of two) of our waters tasted like super strong chemicals (like bleach maybe?)

This was the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had and if you look at all my reviews I eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants. Don’t eat here. There is absolutely no flavor the salsa is disgusting! The cheese sauce was just like this watered-down milk stuff like I said don’t eat here go up the street there’s a way better Mexican restaurant! Gross gross gross
