Avoid ordering here, they give half portions. Order from the one north of Camelback, they give damn near twice the amount.
Was expecting to have 3 days of left overs, instead got 2 days worth.
They were not worth the $30 dollars for the portion size I got. Would have been better to get birdcall or 5 guys considering the price. Will be avoiding personally now.

The Hot Honey chicken was WAY OVER SPICED! I typically enjoy the hot honey chicken, but it was ABSOLUTELY miserable tonight. My elderly relative (who enjoys spicy food) literally choked on hers and We had to drink to milk. We ended up throwing out our expensive plates. It felt like someone just dumped the spices for 4 portions. The skin on my face, lips, and hands were burning. Very disappointing! We eat at this restaurant quite often and typically love the food. We ended up going back to the restaurant to purchase different food and inform them of our experience but the young lady at the register was not receptive.

I have to leave fewer stars for this location because I’ve only ordered from here a few times, but they got the order wrong twice now. The location on McDowell never got it wrong the numerous times we ordered there. Last time I picked up food, staff also just seemed…distracted. Make sure to check your orders for missing items and for incorrectly made dishes.

I love PF Chang’s so of course Their brand Pei Wei would be no different. Love here setup and food is way better quality than Panda. Also it is true the Orange Chicken quality is much better. Keep up the great BOGOS on the online app as well. As long as that keeps going I’ll keep coming

I decided to visit the restaurant again for a really late lunch. I dined in this time. I had the Jet Tila Firecracker Chicken; salad greens; and an order of (2) piece crab wontons. My food was delicious. I felt like this specific entree was more of what I like. A balanced combination of sweet and spicy. I liked the use of crab in the wontons. My meal was filling and could have been split into two servings, but I wanted to finish my entire meal.
Thank you to the restaurant owner for reaching out to me via a reply on Google. That shows me you and your restaurant care about your customers’ satisfaction.

I have removed my initial negative review because I feel my positive experience on my second visit to the restaurant helped makeup for my first visit.
Update 02/23/2024:
The service was okay but I wish they would just ask for the order number for pickups as that would be easier than going over items in the order. I ordered a couple of side salads with my entrees. The dressings were very thick as if they had not been emulsified correctly which is unappetizing. They used to be more of a vinegrette. Also, I did not see any sauces out by the utensils and napkins as there usually are. I was given (2) soy sauces with my order.
