First time in. Cute decor, comfortable seating. Nice menu with several options.
Had the brisket and onion rings – both were delicious! Friends has the Pastrami sandwich and Salad – excellent
Overall a great experience.

✨Outdoor seating available!✨
I was so eager to visit this place for BBQ and some good cuts of meat but honestly was not impressed. They seem to always close their kitchen 10-15 minutes before they actually close. The cocktail menu is nonexistent. It’s honestly a bummer because this place has a cool character and could make some really fun (and tasty) house cocktails! They don’t have a full bar but have the ability to make most of the basic cocktails.
For drinks: My boyfriend got the 805 Cerveza for only $2, which is a stellar deal and also very refreshing! I had a Bloody Mary which was pretty solid. A little on the salty side BUT DAMN it paired well with our APPETIZER!
For starters: the Yuma Guacamole Fries! Honestly, those fries were the highlight of the night!!
For dinner: My boyfriend and I both got burgers. He got the Pop’s Green Chili Burger but wasn’t thrilled. I ended up getting Southern Drawl Burger and I felt the house slaw was a bit dry and needed more flavor.
For dessert: only the carrot cake was available. I really really liked the cake part but the icing was overpowering.
Overall for service: the staff didn’t have the best attitude and some weren’t wearing masks at all We would probably only go back for drinks and apps.

Man what a terrible experience… We should have left as soon as we were told that they didn’t have half of the menu available but we wanted to give it a try since the reviews were so good. I’m not sure how they manage to keep 4.6 stars on Google. It is very misleading – this was the worst BBQ I’ve ever had!

We came at a weird time, between lunch and dinner, so nobody was there except a guy at the bar, so we were the only folks ordering food. Despite being the only diners, we were waiting for a few minutes before being greeted and having drink orders taken. After she brought the drinks to us, we were told that the whole “shareables” section of the menu was unavailable (wings, ribs, fried pickles, fried pork skins – basically all the things we wanted to try). I don’t understand why that wouldn’t be told to us before we ordered drinks, but that’s fine. We decided to try some other stuff since they still had most of the other meats available.

I ordered a half lb of brisket and the fiesta salad, she asked if I wanted a protein on the salad, and as we’re sitting under a sign that said something about the tri-tip, I asked to do that for the salad… They don’t have that one either, so I get it with smoked chicken breast. I asked about what was in the green chili but I was told she didn’t know… I asked if she could find out and her response was “it’s like a recipe”. I have dietary restrictions so I wanted to make sure I could eat it but opted against it since there was seemingly no way to find out what it was composed of. My brother ordered the pulled pork sandwich and a half lb of brisket too.

The salad was super basic in appearance, and came with 3 half-full dressing cups. It was topped with dry chicken breast that was probably not cooked today, and the whole salad was mostly just lettuce. The chipotle ranch dressing was good but that’s about it.

The brisket arrived and I was immediately confused. It did not look like any brisket I’ve ever seen… More like shredded meat with a lot of burnt pieces and very stringy. I took a photo of the last bit because I couldn’t finish it, even though I was very hungry and I hate to waste food. My brother said his pulled pork sandwich was just standard, but that’s hard to mess up.

When we decided to call it, we stacked our plates, threw our napkins on our plates, and waited 10 minutes in an empty dining room to get our check and leave.

Go anywhere else. I pray that I don’t get sick from this food, but I’m honestly worried because I know that the meat was not cooked today… hopefully they store their food properly at least.

Amazing food and service. I just can’t say enough about the quality of the food.

It is surprisingly loud inside considering the size of the space. It would seem it has to do with the acoustics of the dining area and the age of the building. But the food makes up for it all.

This is one of those places you get what you pay for and I mean it in an absolutely Good way. The food was delish. Daughter n I shared the “50/50”, son had “holy hog”, hubby the “drunkin cowboy with cheese”. Everything was yummy even the bacon jam, that just brought out the flavor in the burger.

TACO TUESDAY $8.28‼️Seriously people! You can’t get a fast food combo for this price. F’reals though, the smoked chicken has excellent flavor and doesn’t need bbq sauce but, I recommend the jalapeño margarita sauce for these. The Half House Salad with pulled pork and raspberry chipotle bbq sauce as a dressing is an AMAZING option any day of the week.

As always, the food tastes exactly as it should. Simply delicious. My tri tip salad is the best salad in town. Large portions. Awesome drinks! Love this place.

The first time I went to Crouse’s I was not very impressed. It was a little underwhelming but after a year or so we went back and oh my goodness! I’m in love! This burger (I don’t remember the name) had brisket, onion straws, and BBQ sauce on it. It was too die for!!! I had the regular fries which were wonderful but my husband had the sweet potato fries. He said they were the best sweet potato fries he ever had! I’m so glad we gave it a second chance! It was very reasonably priced and the food was amazing. We will be back for sure.

Pretty good place. Staff was attentive and friendly! Place had a cool vibe. They were out of pastrami on a friday. That was a bummer as the pastrami was highly recommended to me. We tried a whole bunch of menu items to get a feel for the place. Garlic fries were ok. Not as savory as the name may imply. Bbq ribs were great! Definately going back to try the pastram.
