I placed an order for pickup scheduled for 7:08 PM. I finally left the store at 7:50 PM—an unacceptable 42-minute delay with no apology or offer of compensation. I am honestly glad I opted for pickup, as I suspect a delivery order would have resulted in an even longer wait.
The lobby was packed wall-to-wall, truly like sardines, with customers waiting well past their promised times. The source of the problem appeared to be a complete lack of organization. For at least the first 30 minutes of my wait, I watched staff members staring at large stacks of cooked pizzas, clearly confused and trying to figure out which order belonged to which waiting customer.
By the time my order was finally sorted out and handed over, the food was far past its prime. The pizza and cheese sticks were both lukewarm to cold. This is the direct result of having cooked orders sitting out in stacks while the staff attempts to decipher their system. Furthermore, neither the pizza nor the breadsticks were fully cut, requiring me to tear them apart at home.
The entire experience was marked by a complete failure in customer service. Despite the almost hour-long wait, there were no apologies offered to any of the waiting customers, nor was there any proactive attempt to discount the cold food or compensate for the delay. This was my first visit back in several years due to almost identical issues, and I had hoped for the joyful “childhood Pizza Hut” experience; sadly, I got the “sad and depressed adult Pizza Hut.” This level of chaos, compounded by the poor food quality and lack of basic courtesy, means I cannot recommend this location.

First time I have had Pizza Hut since 2016. I went on my birthday. All I could say is “oh, why does it taste like that”. It tastes like cooked flipflop with lots of grease and cheese on it but the cheese don’t taste like cheese…. Idk I was scared after I ate it and did not feel good, so there’s that

Kerrigan is absolutely amazing. I put in an order for 12 pizzas to have ready at 10:45. They were ready when I got here at 10:43. This Pizza Hut is amazing and Recommend everybody to come get pizza from this location!!

I ordered the cheese “Crafted Flatzz” with extra cheese but couldn’t tell if it had extra on it or not. I asked for regular marinara but got the sweet. It wasn’t overly sweet and tasted good. It’s a delicious pizza that you just got a try. Its larger and better than a personal size. It was hot out of the oven and on time. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I couldn’t tell if it had extra cheese and didn’t have the regular marinara.

Was driving UBER Saturday when a passenger from Indy needed to get back home in Greenwood. Staff was friendly and food was good. Nor great or bad but was more than edibles tasted fresh. This is a small satellite location for carryout or delivery

There were 7 pepperoni’s and hardly any cheese on my pizza. Not happy at all. I tried calling but now they are closed. I will be calling tomorrow to get a refund on my order. Can’t even eat the pizza. I understand it was late and they were closing but that is not an excuse. I do a lot of reviews and give credit where credit was due. It is absolutely a 1 star. Hopefully they give me a refund, Since I had to go get my kids food from McDonald’s after I spent $18 on a medium freaking pizza.

Don’t order from this place unless you want to receive your food 2-3 hours after you order. I called and ordered. There prices on there app don’t even match in store. They claimed when they got here no one answered so they took my order “back to the store” when I have 2 dogs who bark at any knocking sound. My dogs didn’t make a sound. They also asked for my number when I called so if I “didn’t hear them knock” why didn’t they call me? I will NEVER be ordering Pizza Hut again. And I recommend you do the same. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Finally received my food after an hour or so and it’s all over cooked, dry ,and hard. And the pasta has barley any sauce to it. Just taste like plain noodles and chicken. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Keep your money and go to Dominos or Papa Johns. Don’t even waste your time or effort at Pizza Hut.

( i hadn’t had Pizza Hut in years ), and it is still by far one of the best pizzas out there. We had the big box with all meat pizza and barbecue chicken pizza. It’s a very good deal.

Pizza looked and felt horrible. Dry, crumbly, hard, and surprisingly expensive. Took it out to the car long enough to take this picture, and to call my spouse to see if she wanted me to bring it home. Was super dissatisfied so went back in for a refund. Owner issued refund no issues. Whole process from ordering to refund was over an hour with a car full of hungry children.

First off I drove 20mins because the location close to me didn’t have stuffed crust. So I get there and they couldn’t take my $100 and wanted me to go somewhere and get change( the counter does say no large bills) but I ordered online and it did not say anything about it. Thankfully my husband had his card on him. Then I go out to car and was missing sauce for breadsticks. We go back in and was asked for receipt so back out to the car AGAIN which was annoying with how much snow and ice was in parking lot. Then I get home and find this hair. Ridiculous
