Absolutely love Toasted Yolk! Every location I’ve visited has been consistently great, and the Port Arthur spot is no exception. I nearly always order the biscuits and gravy with poached eggs. At some locations, the gravy can be a bit bland, but not today. Everything was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. My son’s pancakes were light and fluffy, and my husband’s cowboy scramble was so good he cleared his plate. The staff were warm and welcoming, and our server was attentive and on top of everything. Great food, great service, great atmosphere.

This place is excellent! The service was smooth, quick and easy. I had the pancakes while my wife had the French toast, and it tasted amazing. Not to mention the portions are more than enough to fill your appetite and for a reasonable price. To top everything off, our waitress was spectacular and went above and beyond to serve us, all while keeping a beautiful smile on her face. Can’t wait to come back again.

Came here for lunch. I had coffee which was okay. I got the BLT sandwich with everything on it and the chicken tortilla soup. BLT was amazing and the bacon was good and crunchy and I love the buttery toasted bread. It was very filling and delicious.

This place is always packed for a reason. The food is great and the drinks are better. I prefer the brisket breakfast tacos and sometimes get the donuts. All is fresh, hot and delicious. If you have plans for the day stay away from the drinks. They make them the right way and better than most bars. Very rare do I day drink, but when I do it starts here. 6-15-25 menus

5 Stars!
We were promptly greeted at the door and asked if we’d prefer a table or booth. We were initially seated at a table-booth combo, but my wife preferred a full booth. I’m usually fine with whatever, but Brett, the owner, overheard our conversation and immediately moved us to the exact seating my wife wanted—such great service!
She ordered the California Club Sandwich with a side of the fried hashbrown casserole, and both were absolutely delicious. She also inquired about the chicken salad, and they kindly brought her a sample. It was so good that we ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheese soup to go.
Our waitress was very attentive, and the food was outstanding, as always. Don’t hesitate to add this spot to your brunch list—it’s definitely worth it!

Went here for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. It’s a fun place with yummy food. Service was fairly fast. I ordered the West Coast Arnold. It was delicious, the sauce is a little spicy which is a nice contrast to the avocado. The hash browns are cheesy. My husband ordered the double decker and it will definitely not leave you hungry.
There is one near where we live and we will be visiting soon

I went there for breakfast this morning and sat at the bar. The bartenders were lovely along with the servers!! The food was so fresh and amazing, 10/10 no complaints.
Also add the chili to the hash brown casserole, you won’t regret it!

Great service, very friendly and cooked to perfection! I’ll definitely have to return to try more menu items. The grits are some of the best I’ve ever had, super creamy and flavorful. Also convenient having the bar for adult beverages.

A hidden gem in Port Arthur. A true brunch place. They have the usual breakfast fair and an emphasis on eggs (hence the name)
I am not a big breakfast person so it makes me happy that they have great lunch selections. All three sandwiches I have had were good, but if I had to chose one it would be the fried chicken on the pretzel bun.
They also have a great mimosa selection. The salads were huge as well! Place is always hopping so you know it is good.
