This place is trash. The service is garbage.. the food is garbage. Against my better judgement, I ordered for my family. The wings were ashy looking and only had hot sauce sprinkled on it. The pizza was smashed..food was missing and it took 2 hours to receive the delivery. Instead of trying to correct the problem, the disrespectful guy on the other end of the line became rude and defensive. I’ll continue to support the Mom and Pop establishments in the city. Never again Dominos..NEVER.

Service is atrocious I ordered a pizza this morning and when I called to see what was going on with it because the tracker kept saying it was in the oven being checked for deliciousness… I called the store the man was very rude and ignorant I said I ordered pizza he said YEAH YOUR PIZZA IS HERE STILL IN THE STORE. Yes he was yelling I said excuse me? he said when my driver gets here you will get it. I said what ? he said the same thing again I said what’s your store number he said #3917 I said what’s the corporate number he said WHY YOU NEED THE CORPORATE NUMBER YOU DONT NEED THE CORPORATE NUMBER again raising his voice then he hung up on me I looked up the corporate number and made a complaint about store #3917 located at 446 S Broadway Camden NJ 08103 even those this store is a franchise and has its own owner you can still file a complaint and they will take care of it

I ordered online while on my lunch break. When I arrived at the store no one was at the register and no one was making pizza. The store seemed vacant. I yelled “Hello” 3 times and waited for 15 minutes and yelled some more for someone to come to the register. Meanwhile another customer came and left the store due to no response. The young guy finally comes out from the back of the store and asked me “Do you have a problem” and I said “Yes Im here to get my pizza and been waiting here for 15 minutes.” He grabbed my pizza box and put it on the top shelf and while walking away he said I’m not giving you nothing and don’t come back. I just ordered some food and I was expecting to get some delicious decent food and I was checking my food like a normal person would and I look closely and see a fried bug I’m not sure what type of bug it is but still I’m still disappointed and disgusted I spent 56 dollars on this food and I don’t normally order out and when I do it’s when I have it, I called the Domino’s in Downtown Camden and I asked kindly if I could get some help maybe get another I didn’t even ask for a refund the guy who was on the phone told me in his exact words “what do you want me to do about it” and I asked if I could get another one and basically the guy didn’t want to do his job in his exact words he also said “ I honestly don’t feel like doing it” personally if it was me working there I would do it It may seem like I’m being dramatic but at the same time we I don’t want to get sick me and my husband enjoy dominos and we are surprised that this happened we usually don’t have a problem with our food and we didn’t appreciate the guy we were talking to he wasn’t professional and he seem lazy

My experience was horrible. My pizza was overcooked my tater tots with Burnt to a Chrisp, and when I called to complain, the manager By the name of Mark told me that’s how they come the cheddar is burnt! I didn’t necessarily want them to make me new tater tots but I would have loved an apology! He could have just said sorry and what could he do to make it right instead he wanted me to believe that that’s how Domino’s serves their food Burns and black I give them no stars out of five thank you Domino’s Camden for nothing my food is burnt and now I’m calling Papa John’s thanks for robbing me of $25 without a gun for nothing. The last three times the food has been squashed (and this was the best it’s looked) and if it’s not that, it’s either wrong and missing items (dips and sauces we paid for), on top of taking sometimes up to almost two hours to deliver. Sadly they’re the only ones that deliver in Camden and I think they know it, but I’d rather never have a slice of pizza than give these people who clearly don’t care my money (including tips no matter what I get cuz I pay upfront). Get your house in order.

my cheesesteak had a bacon taste to it , and I didn’t order that for no toppings ! Trash
My 4 cheese mac n cheese did not have the correct cheese on it that’s it supposed to have ! It had only the white cheese on it and that’s it , it was missing the other cheese they spose to add on it ! Very bland and not tasteful at all , trash ! SMH
Also the workers in there are rude !
Last time before this order I had placed a delivery and mind you I’m 2 mins up the street from them , and they took over 1hr and 20 mins to bring my food , like how does that happen ? Crazy !
I’m done with this dominos here in Camden and also don’t order from the Pennsauken NJ one neither , that’s another story !
