I love this crew , I dropped my Protein Caramel Latte trying it for the first time with my Birthday Gift Card I was so sad I came back here and showed my receipt to Carlos and he replaced it in a second with no questions asked . so super kind of him. And then to top it of James made it super delicious not a bad day after all ❤️ Awesome place

I think someone quit but it’s not the same person in the drive through getting orders. I used to love that they would leave happy faces and fill the cup up to where it needs to be bit recently I have noticed that no matter what cup I order they always put way less they don’t fill the cup completely which is kind of disappointing. This is why I buy a big cup but what is the point if you are still going to pour less than what the actual cup is.

This is by far the laziest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. This is the only location where I consistently have to ask the staff to shake my drink—something that is a basic, standard step in making it. I shouldn’t have to remind anyone to do their job.
Every single time, no matter the shift or the time of day, I’m handed an unshaken drink and have to ask them to fix it after it’s already made. It’s so repetitive that I’ve resorted to asking for a cup of ice just to pour it back and forth myself. That’s ridiculous.
This isn’t a one-off issue or a bad day—it’s consistent across all shifts. Basic drink preparation should not be optional. Management seriously needs to address the lack of care and accountability at this location.

I’m not a fan of Starbucks, but sometimes I treat myself to their paint drink since their coffee does nothing but mess up my insides. But this one over here has the most laziest disrespectfulest people you could find, I guess if you don’t call them on a regular basis and tip them. They’ll treat you like trash. Active energize Fast and friendly service. No matter how advance my order is. They delivered my coffee perfectly. Dine-in support around ~ 26 ppl. I love how they organize mobile order which grouping by name which deviate from my country. Worth for my 3km walk for 1 coffee. Will visit again for sure 🙂

I’m really tired of having to ask for my drink to be remade almost every morning some given attitude when I ask, I worked at Starbucks for five years. The recipes are all the same. It’s really not that hard to make a drink and just comes out of laziness this morning. I went through the drive-through and my coffee was all milk and three cubes of ice. I’ve asked the same person to remake my drink before didn’t bother today I guess he’s not a fan of me because he didn’t acknowledge me in the window and I had to ask three times for a straw.

Used drive through. Mos of the time they get the order correct. One time they forgot the scone that I bought through the app. But other than that very sweet team. They made a happy face on my cup. It was cute.
