Food isn’t bad but could be better. They need to learn that when a soft shell goes hard it’s trash not edible. They really need some training on how to take orders through drive-thru. Recently greetings have been delayed and orders aren’t being confirmed. If I say “that will be all” and don’t get a response I’m not going to wait there and try to talk to someone who isn’t listening. They also seem to forget to mention the total sometimes. If you want fast times give people a chance to count cash before they reach the window.

I went to Taco Bell / KFC in Richmond Indiana they had messed up on my food twice and when I ordered the $5 bowls they was not even half full.. and the food they salted it was to much and they did not put no gravy on the fries, chicken, cheese cloves.. they acted like they was way too busy for any customers.all they was doing is talking to each other . That explains why it was empty inside

I’m sick and tired of being told by corporate that if I order a double decker Taco they will gladly make it for me only to go to Taco Bell locations and be really told by staff that they no longer sell double decker tacos I have gotten to the point where I just ordered two crunchy tacos two flour tortillas, and two orders of refried beans. I am sure that takes your staff longer to create and package then it would just to be obliging and make my double decker taco. I cannot tell you the number of Facebook posts I have made on the corporate website emails to corporate and phone calls I have made about this issue. You guys have lost me as a customer. I don’t know why you would take away a staple menu item that you still have the ingredients to make after 24 years. I am appalled at the level of rudeness your staff exuded! Now no longer get Taco Bell for a quick lunch or dinner. The only choice I have is to make my own double Decker tacos from your restaurant or take the time and make the double decker tacos from scratch at home which is the choice I am going to make in the future. Don’t want to hear that you’re a franchise. I’ve been told by corporate that you guys can make the double-decker Taco you are just choosing not to at your location. I am a Google maps local guide and I’m going to continue posting reviews of all of these Taco bells until someone listens. There are petitions online to bring back the double decker Taco as well as Facebook groups on the subject. Your corporate management has failed your clientele!

If I could rate 0 I would. Employee’s are rude, constantly mess up ur order and when you ask em to remake it they get more rude and snobby. There’s definitely some health hazards back in that kitchen Never coming back. And I advise everyone to never come back either for y’all sake

I’m only giving this a 2 because the food is decent. When asked to ensure it was double mashed potatoes and brown gravy, employees still managed to mess up the order, and complain that I had wanted it remade with the right gravy that was asked for in the first place. SMH.

i come in here every tuesday to get a country fried steak meal. every week it is made wrong. i asked for brown gravy and double mashed potatoes. i either get one mash and a slaw or 2 mash and white gravy. i’m very nice when i ask for it to be remade and the people working aren’t very polite.
