I ordered a burrito with chicken and it took me almost 7 bites to even get to the chicken. What a mess. I didn’t even ask for extra rice or anything. I just moved to mentor and this location needs to get it together!! Out of the past three times I have been here, the place was a disaster. All of the tables were dirty, the back where the grill was dirty, they were out of chicken, corn FROZEN every time, the steaks impossible to eat due to the amount of spice, wait time ridiculous. I just received my order pickup and they were out of queso and waited 40 minutes past the due time. Staff was nice but this place is not it.

I see the 2.4. Stars and can only feel this place is overrated. Which sucks because I like chipotle everywhere else I’ve been. Honestly, never considered looking at reviews for a chain like this. Wish I had.
Not only did I wait for my to go order for 45 minutes (we ordered it 30 minutes ahead for a total of 1 hour 15 minutes to make it) but every item on the order was wrong. Honestly, I don’t know how it could be worse.
Edit: the chicken and rice were both undercooked. We got a refund,
Edit 2: at first they offered free drinks, then after more cajoling replacement entrees. My wife had to insist we couldn’t eat the food and were never going back to get a refund

I have yet to see another Chipotle fail so miserably at literally everything like this one does.
Went here last night, waited in the egregiously slow line, then was told it would be 30 minutes for white rice and 15 minutes for chicken. I want to know, honestly, how do you run out of your main menu item with a full staff at your disposal?
It wasn’t busy, yet the atmosphere look like it near always. Tables were repulsive, floors are gross, and the drink/napkin/utensil station looks like a brawl happened there.
Most of the workers could care less about you, too, so that’s nice. I’m near certain that the staff member who was going to assist me (before I saw there was no rice or chicken) was high on something, which is not an accusation I throw lightly or often.
Really trashy and really gross. Never coming here again. 5 times is far too many chances at redemption.

Wow, what a pathetic excuse for a Chipotle. I’ve come here twice, and both times I have just left because there’s 3 people in line and nothing is happening. Is the owner aware of this? You are losing money every single day and customers that will never come back to your store. I watched an older lady in front of me visibly upset leave the store also. You just lost $25-40 in 5 minutes because your store is a joke. Before I got in line, I went in the bathroom and I smelled an “electrical burnt” smell. And when people come through the door, the main line guy weeps and frowns and looks at the cashier like “omg more people.” Idk what is going on here but I can tell you I’ll never be back. This isn’t a chipotle. It’s a trap house.

I went here 2 days in a row Saturday and Sunday at 10:45AM on the dot and they were not ready to service. Saturday waited 10 minutes still not ready however I left and came back. Sunday same thing 8 minutes still not ready and did not return. This was not the first time however since I do not go that often I have not thought about it but this is ridiculous. How are you not ready to serve at 10:45? What is someone is running and hungry has only a few minutes just losing money for a profit business. However, they do not care it will happen again because management will not change.

Don’t order drive up. You’ll sit there for a half an hour in a giant line. They won’t wait at the window after giving the food to the car in front of you, they will disappear instead when your food is sitting on the shelf. Then your order will be missing items and be cold because you’re 30 minutes past your pickup time and they will have already disappeared from the window again before you even look back up from the bag. Some of the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life.
