We ate there last night and despite nice-sized portions, it was too good to bring home any leftovers. The staff were attentive making sure everything was good. I had the sampler dinner. Pricey but appropriately priced for the amount of food I got (so much so that I shared my plate with my family). Give them a try!!

Tops BBQ is really good. The service was excellent and the food and prices are great. You don’t even need sauce for the tender juicy ribs. The burgers and fries are very tasty too. The manager Joe was welcoming and made us feel like he’s known us for years. We will definitely be back!

Was excited to try this place after hearing it was from a chain in Memphis. What a disappointment. First the restaurant itself is nice, plenty of seating and all the servers were super nice and my food got out to me fast, even after they said it would be about 15 mins I only stood around for about 5 (it was a to go order). We got the sampler with brisket, pork, and ribs with Mac and cheese and beans for the sides and then an order of the loaded nachos with the pulled chicken, just so we could try all the meats. The ribs were measly, about half to a full bite per rib each. I’m so glad I didnt get a full order of the ribs for $15.99 as it would have been a total rip off. The brisket was tough and chewy with large pieces of unrendered fat in it. My husband and I both agreed it tasted like something they had been cooking for just a few hours rather than a nice low and slow a brisket should have. The pulled pork was mushy and completely flavorless. Maybe some BBQ sauce would have helped but they gave us NONE. I guess it was my fault for not specifying I wanted sauce but I kinda figured that was automatic. We put the pork onto the bun included and we couldn’t even taste the pork, just bun, that’s how flavorless it was. The beans were nothing special, tasted like Bush’s right out of the can and warmed up. The mac and cheese was decent but that might have been cope after how disappointing the meats and beans all were. Lastly the smoked chicken nachos….were actually pretty tasty! So if you come stick with the chicken for sure but we will not be back.

I never write reviews, but just wanted to share my experience. Went last night to pick up an online order. Order a rib plate, pulled pork plate, brisket plate, and banana pudding. Was almost $50 dollars. No problem, got the text it was ready when I was on the way there. Got there and they were a little busy, I get it. Went through the drive through, told them I had a pick up order. Got to the window, was told they were out of ribs, is there anything else I would want. I was tired, just got off work, wasn’t worried about the difference in price, I said just gimme a pulled pork plate in place of the rib plate. Simple. Got my order. Went home, so disappointing, first off I had 3 pulled pork plates, barely any meat in them. So no brisket and mind you it’s about $6 dollars more, sides were wrong, guess they assumed just beans and slaw, and no banana pudding. If I was told they were out of brisket and pudding that would be fine, I would have gotten my money back, but I wasn’t told, so shorted on about $10 dollars. Tried to call, nothing. Whatever it is what it is, just wanted to share my experience, wasn’t the best at all.
