Hot Springs Pho in Idaho Falls is amazing! The food is always so yummy and full of flavor. Tila is incredible and consistently gives the best service—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Chi works magic in the back cooking alongside Shawn, and you can truly taste the care in every dish.
The pho is beyond delicious, the fried rice is cooked perfectly with super tender chicken, and the spring rolls with peanut sauce are so good. Don’t skip the boba smoothies either—they’re delicious and very fairly priced.
Highly recommend if you’re in Idaho Falls!

I’ve had Pho many times in different places, but here, you simply have to try it! It’s incredibly delicious — rich, original, and beautifully simple. The ingredients are so fresh, and you can really taste the care in every spoon. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere around 3 p.m. is calm and relaxing. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

This place is really pho-nomenal! I’ve had a lot of bowls of pho over the last few months, and the chicken pho at Hot Springs was my favorite I’ve had so far. The meat was especially good, but I loved the broth as well. I really appreciate that they don’t add cilantro to the broth and the amount of limes, jalapeños, basil, and mung beans they give you is very generous. Pricing is excellent as well. If you’re in Idaho falls and looking for something warm, comforting, and filling, check this place out!

This is the BEST phò place in Idaho. The food is delicious, light, flavorful, and filling. The meats are wonderful, and the staff is super nice! The vibes are good, and the ambiance is super nice. It’s a small intimate place and very relaxing. The staff know our order when we come in and are welcoming.

The staff was incredible! If you like pho, this place is one of the best in Idaho. We went on a nice cold day and we’re warmed up by the delicious broth and rice noodles. I got the #1, their house special. I highly recommend trying that. There is so much that you will most likely leave with leftovers.

Hot Spring PHO is within walking distance for us so it’s a regular lunch spot catching up with each other, colleagues, and clients. Food is always amazing, the restaurant is clean, and the staff works hard to remember its regulars and even how they like their food. We love having them downtown!

This is a charming lunch and dinner spot in Idaho Falls. With a quaint and intimate dining room, you may have to wait during busy times of the day, but it is well worth it! I would consider it one of the most authentic of the Vietnamese restaurants in town.
The dishes are served with care, attention to detail, and always with the utmost freshness (this can be an issue at some of the other Asian restaurants around here). The service is friendly and usually quiet efficient (though again if it’s busy, you might have to wait a little bit).
This is a great spot for a date or low-key celebration—as the dining room is intimate; it’s best enjoyed with people you actually like! (If you have to go out with your monster-in-law or to break-up with someone, take them to a big name chain restaurant.) It may not be the best place to take small children unless they are ok with authentic Vietnamese foods.

Egg rolls are amazing.
Special spicy noodle soup (exact name in the menu may be different) was very flavorful. The rice noodles melted in my mouth and the beef pieces were so tender and soft. The soup was hot and had a nice touch of lemongrass.
Shrimp in the Shrimp fried rice was tender and juicy.
Chicken Fried rice chicken was crispy and sweet.
Loved the mango bubble tea.
