Unbeatable Views and Elite Service – Ask for Anthony!

We had an incredible afternoon at The Rooftop at The Henderson. Even with the off-season January fog rolling in, the views of the Gulf and the park remain absolutely amazing—it actually added a really cool, moody vibe to the experience.
A huge shout-out to Anthony for his exceptional service. His local expertise and attentiveness really made our visit stand out; it’s clear he knows the area well and cares about the guest experience. Plus, as a local, it is great that they offer a local discount when you show your local Florida driver’s license—it makes this luxury experience even better for those of us who live here year-round.
The food was fresh and delicious:
* Tuna Poke Bowl: I thoroughly enjoyed this; it was flavorful and perfectly prepared.
* Yellowtail Jalapeño: My wife had this dish and loved the pairing with a crisp glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
We also appreciated the fire pits on the rooftop, which were perfect for cutting through that January chill while we watched the fog over the water. Whether it’s a clear summer day or a misty winter afternoon, this is easily one of the best spots in Destin. We will definitely be back!

My husband I were looking for a bar with an ocean view hoping to enjoy a couple drinks on our last night of vacation. Everything around us was packed, but Google Maps said the Rooftop Bar wasn’t busy, so we took a chance on it despite the previous negative reviews. We were greeted by Donna and Ron who took great care of us. Donna made fantastic recommendations and even better drinks when we weren’t interested in the champagne based cocktails on the menu. The service was incredible, the food was delicious and the view was amazing. We will back.

The drinks are pretty expensive for not being anything special at all. The food was okay but very very overpriced for what you are getting.
We got salmon nigiri and it was okay, about the same that you would get from a grocery store which was annoying.

Great view fabulous hotel. This is the best view in Destin and the service is great. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and you will not be disappointed. Donna does a great job of mixing cocktails and the food while limited is sensatonal.

Stunning views stunning service, the only thing is it’s very confusing figuring out if you’re supposed to order from the bar or sit and be taken care of. A lot of people around us the whole week were also confused as to where to sit when you walk in. I’m sure there are simple solutions a cute sign, a cute greeting but to avoid unnecessary bad comments and customers we need to avoid the confusion. The girls up here are sweet as sugar and the view is ever better !
