Still my favorite place in Everett. The pho broth is a very close 2nd in flavor, but the portions…that’s what takes it over the top! While other Pho places charge an arm and a leg for (what I think is a medium bowl), they have their XL house combo pho. Look at the photos. Massive!

Son and I shared the XL and plenty for two servings.

Service is pretty good, but I’m more here for the food lol.

Can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely love this spot. The owners and wait staff are always incredibly kind, and you can feel the care they put into every dish. Their steak and brisket pho is rich, hearty, and unbelievably flavorful — easily one of the best bowls I’ve had. The spicy pork banh mi hits the perfect balance of heat and savoriness, and the chicken fried rice (and bahn mi) is hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted.
If you’re craving authentic, consistently delicious Vietnamese food with genuinely welcoming service, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best pho places that I’ve been to in the state of Washington. Prices are very cheap and good. Food quality is great, meat slices do not smell or have that weird freezer taste. Everything was very fresh, will be back definitely and this is going to be my new go to place for pho. I give it a 10/10!!!!!

Great sandwich, pork vermicelli was subpar.

Came here for a late lunch on a Saturday. We ordered spring rolls to start, a grilled pork vermicelli, a small house pho and a spicy pork sandwich.

The spring rolls were quite good especially with the sweet peanut sauce it came with. The highlight was the spicy pork sandwich: the spiciness and the crunchy pickled carrots were a great combo. The pork in the vermicelli was a bit disappointing as most of it was fat

The service was quick and the place was clean.

Dinner here was super delicious with extra large portions. Service is always kind and welcoming, and the wait isn’t long to get your food. The takeout is great too.

I ordered an XL veggie pho from Happy Pho, expecting fresh and quality ingredients. What I received was disappointing and unacceptable. The basil leaves were rotten, and there were only two of them in the bag—hardly enough for a decent serving. The portion seemed inadequate for an XL order, and the ingredients lacked the freshness and care you’d expect from a good pho place. This kind of presentation makes me question the quality standards at Happy Pho. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless improvements are made.

When I got sick I ordered some to take home. Definitely was what I needed, helped me feel better. It’s not the best pho place I have been too, but it’s definitely good for fulfilling that craving.

If I could regurgitate it and return it I would. I ordered the tofu vermicelli bowl and it was sooo below moderate. I only scarfed it down because I was so famished and then I was like ‘wait, what the hell did I just eat?’ The cucumber was squishy, the tofu was under seasoned and cooked poorly and had a sad rubbery texture, and omg the fish sauce – it was so diluted that it just tasted like a mild salt water? I payed $18 (including tip) for a handful of vermecilli bowl and I feel like I’ve been robbed. Also the spring roll they serve with the tofu vermicelli bowl contains meat so please be aware. Overall, I will not be returning and I feel a deep sadness after eating here. Also, my guts are bubbling and I had diarrhea.

Great li’l pho spot on Evergreen in Everett! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Not a ton of customer service, but I suspect they do a fair amount of takeout.

We started with the wanton wrapped shrimp, which were crunchy and delicious. I could’ve eaten a whole plate of them. Then came the pho. The rare beef was right on, and so was the brisket! The broth was flavored perfectly. Rare beef sliced thin as can be, so it cooks in the broth, served just under boiling. And the brisket was tender. Lots of meat in both bowls. Good meat/noodle/veg ratio.

I’d like it if they served sake or some sort of limited cocktail menu – which I always miss when I go out for pho. And I also wish the Thai iced tea was not pre-mixed. There should be separation between the tea and the cream. Tea on bottom, cream on top. I love the laughing buddha & lucky coi that greet you at the door. Don’t forget to leave him a coin or two for luck!

Lots of parking in a strip mall next to the UPS store. I’ll eat here again.
