So every year my family and I collect money through the way of donations. We choose a pizza place of our choice to fulfill our goal to feed the homeless. This year after careful consideration we chose BIG MAMA’S PIZZA.We can’t express how impressed we where with the time ,effort and dedication taken to fill our order. This year was very last minute and raised $350. To our surprise we where presented 40 pizzas to feed the homeless. Amazing right? That’s not it. We where asked if we minded if he could use the $350 to go towards relief in GAZA. Absolutely . May God bless you may times over. Happy Hollidays, from our family to yours…

The food here is fantastic, some of the best I’ve had. I ordered chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and a pizza and I found myself finishing all of them. The service was fast as well. This is one of my shortest reviews because I have no complaints, great job big mamas. Will 100% come again.

Can’t comment on service or atmosphere, food is decent especially as a place for late night cravings. However never saw a place offer a wing deal and then charge 3 bucks extra if you want the wings sauced or with dry rub. Who orders naked wings? You want me to add my own sauce at home? Just seems like nickel and diming the customer to ask for $3 for sauced chicken wings.

So we finally tried Big Mama’s Pizza today. Monday special was 2 large; 2-topping pizzas , 20 wings, sauce and 2L pop for 39.99….GREAT DEAL. NOW, I assume the person taking the order was new, messed up and when I arrived, it was 2 MED pizzas. Tha manager was very nice, apologetic and immediately offered $10 off……great customer service will bring me back every time! The wings were perfect, the pizza was very good and they may be my Monday Go-To! IMHO, maybe a wee bit more sauce on the pies, but that’s just me…….excellent job all around! If you haven’t been there, GO NOW!

In general they have good chicken wings and they stay open late.
They totally lack customer service and don’t have the basic understanding on how to deal with customers. They have advertisements posted on social media which they don’t offer when you call them to order. One of their staff said it’s an old ad but there was no expiry on the ad and instead of a single apology they just argue.

This cheesy garlic bread is disgusting It looks nothing like the one they show on their website! I tried feeding it to my dog and he doesn’t even know that it’s food! It doesn’t even deserve the 1⭐ that I gave it. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. 100% false advertising!!
