I’ve been a handful of times but every time I go I am just dumbfounded with how cheap it is. I’ve left with entire football fields worth of pastries for $6. It’s really really good and the gentleman who runs it is very friendly. The lady who works there as well is very heartwarming and is very helpful when you need help.

It isn’t very big but it does have lots of goodies inside. Some things are a little expensive, like the Maseca, but most items are reasonably priced. As i looked at all the goodies, it brought back memories of my childhood years.
I am not sure where these products originate from because i saw some Mexican products but i also saw some items labeled as Honduran, like the house made cheeses. They have several kinds of sweet breads, chips, candies, gums, drinks, cheeses, etc. I LOVED how they made pumpkin conchas (see pic), for Fall. Overall, i would definitely recommend and will be coming back. Especially since I found some childhood lollipops i never thought I would ever see/taste, again.

Brought a three milk cake .. when opened it at home the strawberries had mold growing on it and the milk had curdled. Twice the price but had to throw it away

I am a service company, Werner Refrigeration that takes care of Carmen’s kitchen equipment, HVAC and electrical,. The people that make the fine bakery products they sell are made fresh daily and they smell so good.

I love the little gems you find sometimes; this is one of them. I only go for the baked goods so cannot comment on the other items they sell but if you’re in Houma and need authentic Hispanic-themed treats, this is the only place to go!

I love the bread but the owner (man) is rude and creepy. When you go in to buy something he barely answers you and he looks aggravated.
