It’s been a few years since my last visit and will probably be a few more years until the next one. I got the wings and things meal and while the tenders and fries were ok the traditional wings were VERY overcooked. They were dry and almost crispy. I also wish they had country gravy as a sauce option, like some of their competitors. Sorry Zax but swing and a miss today.

I don’t eat at Zaxby’s often but the last 2 times I’ve eaten there have been below average. Today I had the chicken finger plate. Let me say that they were extremely busy today. My chicken and fries were old and tasted horrible. The peach tea was delicious though. And the lady at the drive-thru was cordial. I’m not sure if I’ll return.

Price isn’t too bad. A good theme for a fast casual resturant. It was clean, service was decent. Nothing to write home about. I came at night and none of the outside lights were on nor any lights in the parking lot. One would think it was closed just driving by. Not sure if this is an on going issue or a fluke that particular night I went. Love the Zaxby Sauce!

I used to love Zaxbys and used to go to this location once a week. Haven’t been in a year because the quality went downhill. Tried again tonight. They weren’t busy, ordered 10 traditional wings. Was told a 12 minute wait time. Took 20 minutes. Then the chicken wings were not even hot and fresh after waiting. And with the prices they charge on chicken wings for one of them to not even be a chicken wing is unacceptable. Won’t be back to this location.
