I visited The Peach Cobbler Factory in Irmo for the first time on Wednesday, and I’m already hooked! I ordered the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream, and it was absolutely incredible. The flavor, the texture, the warmth—everything exceeded my expectations. You can taste the quality in every bite.
The customer service was just as impressive. The employee who helped me was super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better.
I enjoyed it so much that I stopped by again today. This place might have me in a chokehold soon! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving something sweet.

Lovely tremendously delicious desserts! They got it all for your cravings darlings! Yummy coffee and sweet peachy tea made in house everyday fresh! Great atmosphere has restrooms you won’t regret it!

This was my first experience, here, and I can’t wait to return! Daivi was an absolute delight! She was so patient and explained everything and gave me ideas of how to order and because I’m disabled, she brought it directly to my table. Very kind! She simply exudes joy. It’s wonderful to see this type of customer service!
For my first visit, I ordered the blackberry/ peach cobbler, and it was served separately, with an accompanying small cup of vanilla ice cream. The cobbler was delicious! The perfect temperature, warm and bubbly, and a wonderful comfort food. It was delicious! I will give this location, a 10 out of 10!

I believe your dessert calories are better spent elsewhere. The cobbler was just o.k. and the ice cream hard as a rock but of good quality. The TV was blasting away a reel pimping Peach Cobbler Factory franchises. I do not plan to return to this location or any other locations. The employee was super nice.

Great dessert place! We ordered, warm peach cobbler with ice cream, churros with strawberries and whipped cream and strawberry and peach cobbler shake. It was all fantastic! There’s something for everyone. The pricing I found reasonable and the kind girl at the counter explained all the different things we could get. It was a fun experience.

Amazing!!! We tried the peach mango cobbler, banana pudding, apple cobbler and New Cheesecake pudding and they all were amazing. I can’t wait to try the cinnamon rolls. I wish they had options for a four pack of cinnamon rolls. I also wish I could see catering options without having to speak with someone. Will definitely return. The place was Immaculate and service was great.
