Ordered 2 dozen donuts online at 10:00 pm on Friday night before pickup at 7:30 am Saturday morning. When I went to pickup the donuts they said they were out of 4 of the varieties I ordered. Why even put an order in ahead of time to ensure they have what was ordered. The donuts are very small compared to other donut shops and dry as if left over from 2 days prior. Very disappointed in the product. Will never go there again. Southern Blend is your best bet for donuts in Yulee. So sad Dunkin has fallen to a less desirable level.

Went through the drive-through line, today
(2-25-2026) around 10ish or 11am. I was there for over a little while, I finally said hello and no one answered. I then said hello again and the drive-through lady was very rude and said we will be with me in one moment, she thought she muted her mic or thought it was off and said very vulgar cuss words and she said she wasn’t dealing with this and ask a gentlemen to hand me my product that I had purchased at this location. She then spoke through the drive-through microphone and completed my order very rude and the gentleman came to the Drive-through and was very obnoxious and very rude to take my payment, as if he was upset that I said hello and I was just seeing if anyone could hear me, my truck isn’t the quietest, he was very hostile and she was as well, I’m a paying customer and this isn’t the best customer service, the lady had some type of long corn rolls, and the gentleman had a gold something on his head, Will NOT be returning with this customer service. 0/10.

Worst service from the employees. She gave the customers after me, almost 6 coffees after mine and still hasn’t served me and when I went back to ask about my order, she had no clue of what I ordered. On another instance for a drive thru order, they were just very rude. The manager Lisa is good, but the employees working there need to be retrained or replaced

I went this morning and noticed one of my coffees didnt look like it had milk, i politely asked the lady at the window if i could get milk in that one coffee and she was nice and went to a manager to let her know, well the manager already looked like she was not having a good day and gave the lady a white small shot cup of milk and told her to give it to me? So i told them no i didnt want milk on the side, coukd they remake the drink but with milk in it please. And tge manager remakes the drink— tell me why it looked and tasted the same as the 1st coffee without milk . Never been handed a side of milk a day in my life at a coffee shop so this was funny but “remaking” my drink that stayed the same was a sad morning. Lets do better

First strike was couple of years ago when we got to the window and was told they had no lids.
Second and final was the past Saturday morning. Ordered at the menu board drive thru. 1 med cappuccino with whole milk and stevia, and a large hot pumpkin spice latte. They handed us a cold latte I told them this is not mine. They took it back. Then gave us the cappuccino and ask us to pull up to wait. Then they came out and ask me to come inside I told them no I did not need to. Finally they brought out my latte. Never again

You better hope to God you’re an Uber driver or a GrubHub order. Take her because they don’t really care about anybody else. They let those people come in and grab their orders and run right over you. It’s ridiculous. I waited over 45 minutes to get a coffee.

I come here almost every morning at 8:30am. Last time I got the wrong coffee and I asked for three donut holes glazed/pumpkin/chocolate but she said al they had was pumpkin. I ended up having to go inside to get my actual coffee (first didn’t have almond milk) and literally they had every flavor of donut holes?? Anyways, today I get there 8:40 and was the only one in line, once I turned the corner of the building to the menu a worker was literally LEANING on the order taker smoking a cigarette. I’m all for taking a break, but at the menu?? So I pulled to the menu as the worker scrambled inside, trying to order all I smell is cigarettes smell just going in my car at 8:40 in the morning.
It’s in the parking lot of my job so it’s easy to come, but that was ridiculous

I miss the old crew , at least they listen to your order. I said 3 sugars and 1 caramel swirl. And i got 75% foam & 25% coffee and NO SUGAR AT ALL.

Do not order ahead! Location had no donuts when I arrived to pick up my pre-order. Now I’m having trouble canceling it and getting my money back. The store is absolutely no help. A bunch of kids that don’t know what they’re doing. Again, no donuts at Dunkin’ Donuts.
