This place stays busy. There was about a 30-minute wait. I had a kids’ cup with brownie and caramel syrup, which was pretty good. If you like custard, this is the place to come.

We love coming here! They’re always super friendly, it’s the best location. Got to use my discount today, it was the best. For some reason the shakes here are so perfect! The custard base is just the right sweetness, Andy’s is always our first choice for a sweet treat.

Ok I can understand what the fuss is about my first experience i didnt exactly care for it so my kid finished it. Well this time I actually picked what I wanted, and yea I’ll pay $14 for an ice cream not only are the ingredients incredibly fresh, but the reason I’ll pay is for the staff and service. They dont accept tips and even when they had lines wrapped around their building, this location works like a well oiled machine! Who ever trains this customer service needs to be acknowledged and paid accordingly. This is a superb staff who works well in chaos and pressure! So glad we can walk here and I have to say, they have some super young staff here and the professionalism and manners on the gentleman, young sir, if you aren’t the manager than you should be cuz how you handled your busy self today was impressive, Sir, your young staff on Friday Feb 13 2026 in the evening 8pm had lines wrapped around and EVERY STAFF IN THERE WORKING WITH A SMILE, ALL TOGETHER LIKE CLOCKWORK. and we may have walked in and out but I see how busy you are and your manners Sir are fantastic! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!
