Absolutely awful. After they “forgot” my order and had to ask my name multiple times I was still very patient and kind. Then I receive my pizza and it was absolutely trash. I had to go somewhere else to get food bc there was no way I was feeding it to my kids. It was so greasy that when I opened it, it looked like I cup of grease was just poured on top of it. It was so soaked when I picked it up I couldn’t tell if it was even cooked bc everything just slid off and the box was soaked in grease. Most of the time I would return and demand a refund. But this wasn’t even worth my time after I had to wait 20 minutes on pizza I preordered and now had to go somewhere else for food. The store down the road receive a whole DISGUSTING pizza in their trash!

I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes and placed my order. I was told when I placed my order it would take 10 minutes to cook. I said that was fine. I waited an additional 15 minutes to get to the window only to be told that they had not put my order in and it would be another 10 minutes. I was told they had nothing that they could sell me. I did not raise my voice or curse but simple asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager. When I asked for the owner’s name and number, I was asked to leave. The manager was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not waste my time by stopping at this Little Caesars.

This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever visited for multiple reasons. One being the last three pizzas I have gotten here have either been burnt or very stale then Waiting at the counter for five minutes and having none of the employees acknowledge me! Another problem is with some of the employees they aren’t the most friendly at least in my experience. Furthermore I have asked for my pizza to made while I wait to ensure that I get a fresh pizza that isn’t stale and ice cold this isn’t received well with the employees working here it’s almost like an inconvenience which doesn’t make sense to me? It shouldn’t be a problem in my opinion I won’t be going back again.

It took 40 minutes between the 5 minutes waiting to even have my order taken at the intercom and the “8 minute” (20 minute) wait to get two pizzas and an Italian cheese bread… one pizza was alright, the other was burnt and soggy at the same time. I honestly don’t even understand how that’s even possible. Neither pizza was cut fully either.. Just a total disappointment

Take the extra time and go to the in town Cullman location. You’ll actually save time instead of waiting in the long drive thru for pizza that’s never ready. And when you do get your pizza, it’ll most likely be wrong like this amazing crazy bread that is over cooked and in one piece that was shoved in the bag.

Absolutely not! The health department should shut this place down! A family favorite item has been ruined by careless employees working at this establishment. How in the world can you burn and over cook THE SAME ITEM! Obviously undercooked, the dough is raw, and crispy BURNT on the outside! And apparently decided to close as soon as I got my order and refused to answer the phone. Do not waste your hard earned money on this place.

This place is horrible .. the large lady working the counter and the drive-thru was so rude to me… They didn’t even acknowledge that I was in the store until the pizza was done and then instead of handing it directly to me because I am standing at the counter waiting patiently… she shoves it into the pizza portal and says there you go.. she spent the entire time I was in the store yelling at cars in the drive-thru to hurry up because she had better things to do … I am a DoorDash driver so I didn’t order this food for myself and I have a sneaky suspicion that she was just ready to go home and was done with it… Not an excuse just saying… I won’t be back and I’ll be letting all of my friends know to go to the other one in town…

Not a horrible stop for pizza. It’s generally decent, for fast food pizza, but expect it to be a little on the dry side. The prices are OK here, but always call ahead first, i was picking up three pizzas and 2 orders of cheesy bread, and I ordered 24 minutes before I arrived, and still waited at the location for an additional 21 minutes before my order was ready. I know they were short-handed, but when that happens, tell the customer a longer wait time… under promise, over deliver…

Always a long wait. Place an order in drive through just to wait 20 mins and have tell them the order again and they still get it wrong. An the fact we have to pay for dipping sauce when ordering bread sticks is just wrong.

Check your order BEFORE you leave! Online it shows a ultimate supreme pizza as being pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. I get home and instead of green peppers I have black olives. Now I have to pick all these off because no one in my family likes them. Learn your own recipes correctly. They also tried to send me off without giving me the drinks I ordered. They seemed surprised when I had to remind them.
