I got tired of Chipotle’s long lines, and expensive additions of guacamole and queso.
After I discovered this spot, there is not going back across the street.
The place is nice, service is quick, guacamole and queso are included in the prices. For $12 I get a great bowl all-in.

I wanted to honestly say that this cute bowl made my entire night. I was super hungry and I didn’t eat all day and whoever made my bowl portion it perfectly. They gave me an amazing side of small chips and queso. The Coke was cold. Everything was great. I ordered through DoorDash and whoever made my bowl. Amazing job. Happy new year!

Will not return to this location, I will drive to the Columbia store from now on. I have been to Qdoba twice a week for the past 3 months because of my daughter’s craving and we were only satisfied less than 5 visits. The manager there is always rude and even charged me extra for the rice. I also ask extra rice for one of our orders (we also order 4 meals) and this was the first time charging me. Not only that, but there was also lack of cheese on both of my quesadillas. Disappointing. Also, the tables and the floors are filthy and the trash cans are usually full too.

Extremely Poor Customer Service at Qdoba – Ellicott City, MD
I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent visit (09/28/2025 around 3:15 PM) to the Qdoba in Ellicott City, MD. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered at a fast-casual restaurant.
The service received from both the lady preparing the food and the individual at the register (who I believe may have been the manager) was consistently rude and unprofessional.
The primary issue occurred while ordering a veggie bowl. The employee preparing the food struggled to comprehend my request for specific vegetables. Despite clearly and repeatedly stating that I did not want corn, she continued to ask if I wanted it, forcing a repetitive and frustrating exchange simply to complete a standard order.
When the transaction moved to the register, the cashier—who was seemingly alerted to the confusion—was equally unpleasant and rude. Rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer clarity, his demeanor only compounded the negative experience.
The combination of impatience, lack of attention, and outright rudeness from multiple staff members, including a presumed management figure, is pathetic and wholly unacceptable. I strongly urge the store to address the service standards and staff training immediately. I cannot recommend this location based on the deplorable customer service provided.

This is really good place to eat Mexican food on the go. This is one of my favorite place to eat veggie bowl. They never say no for extra. In other competitors charge for guacamole but this place give multiple times if want. They also have soda fountains which have lots option and flavors of soda.
This is low value healthy food. I am not counting calories and fat. It combination of green veggies, salad, rice and beans. Love it!!

I’ve come here awhile and never had any issues but this time, I just had to say something. I grabbed some Qdoba before work and I was eating it, as usual it was okay. Until I went on break and mid bite, I realized there was a piece of plastic in my food. Idk how?? Like unless it was a piece from their glove but I literally could’ve choked or worse. I was fortunate enough to notice it but I couldn’t finish my bowl. It makes me apprehensive to come back in the future…

I ordered a steak burrito with pinto/charo beand for an onlinr order. Was told it would take about 20 minutes to be made so i waited at 15 minutes before driving over knowing they may take a little longer. Waited another 20 minutes to get my food after arriving and once they handed me my food told me they ran out of my beans… so im a little disappointed as i enjoy my beans in my burrito but whatever. Take a big bite to find they decided to randomly add black beans without asking me (keep in mind i arrived before they even started my meal). I dislike black beans and would have preferred no beans at all. The beans had so much sauce it also completely covered my white rice making it also black. Very disappointed with how this place took care of my order. Also barely had any steak in the burrito. The photo showed most of what it even had.
