Great atmosphere. The food was cooked to perfection. Didn’t give service a 5 as the are still working on kinks in their system and I say this as It took about 20 for drinks then 40 until we got one app and then the other apps came out after our main course. Would definitely go again.

Came here with my friend to check this place out and overall it was a really good experience.
Ona rainy night it was a little hard to tell where it was located (but that’s probably on me). Our GPS took us to the back of the building, so make sure you’re coming in from the main road. Once inside, there’s a security check and they check IDs before you take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
When we walked in, we were greeted right away. The gentleman asked if we wanted a table and I told him we had a reservation. He walked us in and kind of paused looking around before deciding where to seat us, not sure if that’s normal or just because there was a big birthday party going on that night. We ended up with a corner table, which I loved because my friend and I were basically sitting next to each other which made it easier for conversation.
The noise level was fine at first. Music was playing but not crazy loud, and most of the noise was coming from the big party next to us. Nothing unbearable, we could hear each other just fine. As the night went on, the music did get louder (good music though), but I honestly didn’t mind because I liked the songs lol.
We ordered a few things to share. We had the fried calamari, fried chicken tenders, parmesan truffle fries (it was a fried kinda night), and lamb lollipops. Everything was really good. For drinks, I ordered the drink called “Liquid Assets” because the tamarind caught my attention, but it wasn’t for me. My friend ordered “The Safe Word” and she liked it. I did like how all the drink names go with the whole “Vault” theme.
Service was good overall. Every time something would be brought to our table a different person would come. I understand it was a busy night with the large birthday party. They checked in on us often. Bathroom was clean. The place itself is definitely on the darker side, but they have little lamps on the tables which was a nice touch. There are a few photo-op spots, but it was hard to see because the lighting is very dim.
Overall, great experience and I’d definitely go back to try more of the shareables.

We parked in the city parking lot about a half block away, then took the elevator up to the 3rd floor. The service was amazing and the food is very delicious! The drinks were just as good. The limited menu is nothing to dismiss as the varried selections can fit almost any palate. Give them some time to open more menu items.
I think this place would be awesome place to host a wine, or bourbon, pairing dinner! The steak house is in the works of opening soon, so be on the lookout.

Vault 77 is an awesome spot in Haverhill with a fun vibe and great energy. The drinks are excellent—crafted really well—and the food is consistently flavorful and fresh. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. Whether you’re stopping in for a night out, catching up with friends, or just looking for a place with good music and a cool atmosphere, Vault 77 never disappoints. Definitely worth checking out!

Melanie and Bonnie were actually the best. This is a great place with lots of future growth potential and a chill vibe. The cocktails were very good (fresh print) and parmesan truffle fries were amazing. Will be back.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxing with friends. You can feel the attention to detail in everything from the menu to the décor. I’ll definitely be coming back!

After a long day of work, I definitely wasn’t in the mood to cook, so my husband and I decided to try something new – and we are so glad we found Vault 77 in Haverhill!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fantastic. The view from our table overlooked downtown Haverhill and made the whole experience feel extra special. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — you can tell they care about their guests.
Now, the food… absolutely incredible!
We ordered the lamb lollipops, tuna tartare, and the Brussels sprouts, and wow — the Brussels sprouts alone are worth going back for. I could go there anytime just for those. The garlic and cilantro chicken was packed with flavor, and everything came out beautifully prepared.
If you enjoy tapas-style dining like we do, I highly recommend this place. And don’t forget to try the salted caramel martini— it was delicious!
Vault 77 has definitely earned a spot on our list of go-to restaurants. We’ll be back again and again!

I went here with a group of girlfriends and we absolutely LOVED it! The ambiance was stunning. All the food was great, but special shoutouts to the hummus, sliders, lamb lollipops, and truffle fries; they were sooo delicious. Some of us don’t drink, and the mocktails were insanely good. They were crafted with as much care as the cocktails, which was appreciated. The staff were also super friendly and warm. So excited to have a place like this in the community! It’s perfect for girls night, and I can’t wait to come back with my husband for date night 🙂
