Poor lady performing three jobs. She can’t even give you her full attention because she’s taking drive-thru orders at the same time! She deserves a raise or a promotion. I waited over 30 minutes for my burger until I gave up and left without my food. No one should ever wait that long at a fast food joint EVER. There were people there before me who were still waiting for their food by the time I left. Meanwhile several cars got their food within a few minutes. On top of everything, the self service soda machine was not working. Seems like the focus was on the drive-thru. Why have the dine-in part of the restaurant? At least let the customers know how long they should expect to wait for their food by letting them know verbally or with a sign.

Uuum I never expected Carl’s JR to be this good! Good deal! I turned my $5.99 combo into a low carb burger. I was flattered! The guy and the girl working the evening shift 8/8/21 Sooo awesome. Totally changed my perspective of Carl’s JR. I was so happy and excited with my meal. Of course si had to share with everyone I knew! It looked so beautiful I didn’t want to eat it lol THANK YOU ❤️

Saturday August 23,2025 I went to the Carl’s Jr in Burbank I be ordered the special on the window Mix & Match 2 burgers for $10. I wasn’t given a total on the speaker in the drive thru or at the window. I left thinking I had a receipt in my bag. No receipt either. Got home checked my bank account & was charged $32.50. I called the number listed online immediately & it’s disconnected. I tried leaving a review on Yelp didn’t work either. It’s horrible that there is no way to talked to someone and dispute my transaction other than to have to drive all the way back to Burbank. I don’t live near by. Make sure to check what you get charged for if you go to that location. It’s no wonder I wasn’t given a total they totally over charged me. Cashier even took my phone because I had a code for 20% off. Instead seems that she charged me 20% more.

Came here with my gf and asked for ketchup. The lady Maria (manager) said she already put some in the bag. She put two ketchup packets in the bag and refused to give me more. Then she started raising her voice and arguing with me
Poor management. There’s other Carl’s Jr in the area with better service.

I must say I had a profoundly disappointing experience tonight at this store.I have served as a manager for over 15 years and I still hold a manager position on both my jobs ! Having also worked in drive-thru operations in my younger days, I simply requested cut fries from Maria, the manager. As I normally don’t eat fries at Carl’s Jr, I described the picture displayed on the screen. Maria asked me again if I wanted cut fries, and I confirmed, referencing the picture. However, when I received my order, it was plain fries. I politely asked Maria again if I had indeed ordered cut fries. Unfortunately, Maria, as a manager, handled the situation poorly, pointing her finger and yelling at me, despite my being a 47-year-old customer. I felt extremely nervous and upset by this treatment. In my opinion, customers who spend their hard-earned money deserve kindness and respect. Hopefully, Maria will review the video on customer service. I intend to contact corporate, as the situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police after Maria closed the window and refused to provide the rest of my order. As a manager, effective communication skills and customer service are paramount. I hope Maria will never treat another customer as poorly as she treated me. As a loyal customer of many years, I expect a higher standard of service.

I ordered a Big Carl (double) onion rings for abs two Famous Stars. See what my Big Carl looked like in pics. It had wilted lettuce, an tomato slice the size of a quarter, and two tiny onion slices. Very disappointing.
