We went through the indoor counter and ordered about three pounds of meat, (sliced brisket, sausage and ribs) then specifically asked to buy all the burnt ends. We were charged $74.95 (10x brisket) for the burnt ends, they told us as much before hand, we did agree, but we agreed to receive burnt ends, not brisket. Low and behold what we received were dry over cooked brisket slices, not burnt ends. Burnt ends are not just “brisket you can’t sell as brisket.” They’re a specific cut and preparation. This was not that. Just say “we don’t have burnt ends” (photo shows what burnt ends are vs what they gave us, maybe they’ll learn the difference)

Never the less We tried to address this through their text app and received nothing but a canned response saying they hope we keep coming back. We will not.

Beyond that, the sides tasted like they were cooked in stale old cooking oil, the person manning the counter was rude and impatient. I am am being truthful, not a single bite of the food was good. Edible, yes. Worth going back for? Absolutely not.

If you’re looking for a real BBQ experience, skip this place. It’s not worth the price or the hassle.

Great place!! I came here for the first time in 2004 – back then it was a great experience. And today I came back – and whilst having modernized a few things and upgraded the dining area, the heart of the place remained equally great – the food. These are the best ribs I’ve ever had, I’m impressed once again! Also the turkey simply melts in your mouth. Thanks for this awesome experience and keep on going!

Everything was amazing!

I was so thankful for the high chairs! They were clean and ready to be used. Thank you to a restaurant that takes the time to do that.

Service was excellent. Everyone working did their best to make us feel welcomed and helped us anyway they could.

As if everything else wasn’t good enough the food was great! I would say it’s a little more on the expensive side BUT, they give a tone of food. We had left overs and every bite was delicious. So although you COULD save a little money somewhere else, it was worth it and we will go back! Also my husband LOVED the banana pudding he didn’t even save me a bite!

We love Bigham’s! I’ve been eating here for 15+ years and it’s consistently one of my favorites.

This may be hands down, the worst brisket I’ve had in this town. I asked for burnt ends and got the driest, most disgusting cut of brisket in my life. I was very adamant about this being a gift and if there were no burnt ends that was ok! But no the lady who cut the meat (who claims she’s been there 20 years but doesn’t know what a burnt end is?) snarled at me that it could be done. If the sliced was good that would take the sting off for the misrepresentation of what I was being sold, but this brisket is garbage and can only be chopped, slathered in sauce and prayed over. This proves again if you are going to spend money like this- go to Evie Maes.
You have stolen 65$ from me and ruined someone’s birthday. We will never be back and I am telling everyone.

Manager was rude and unpleasant. Two people who were working with her were very polite. She was very snide when I asked a question about the menu. We eat her often and have never had poor service.

Service was terrible. Treated us badly, rushed us and kept asking us to pay. We reserved a room for a grad party to celebrate and was told to hurry up and pay so that the cashier could get off work, it was 530pm on a Saturday.

They lose a star for being not exactly friendly as far as their service goes but they do slice and dice that meat mighty fine. The people saying that you don’t get what you pay for have NO idea what they’re talking about. This is one of the better food/cost ratios in town and definitely one of the better BBQ joints. I found the sauce to be a little acidic for my liking, lacking in depth and body but other than that the rub on this brisket itself was excellent. My wife’s smoked sausage sandwich had a pretty good flavor too. The interior is Texan through and through, typical of a BBQ place in this area and is thereby very homey and comfortable. As far as sides, the ranch-style beans were some of the best I’ve had, the corn-cob was one of the worst I’ve had, the green chili creamer corn was amazing, as was the baked potato. Wholesome food, great atmosphere, meh service. Will be going back.

The buffet line was unorganized…you could not see if the side were fresh looking, so you didnt know what to pick. The guy serving the sides should have been using some type of hat to keep hair from falling onto the food.

Someone needs to give Jessica an increase in pay. She is out here pushing orders and uber orders for us by herself. Cool, calm, and collected for having people waiting for her to do her thing. Jessica is they have told you yet “ Thank you for your hard work”.
