Yummy little poutine spot on the main road in Amherstburg
So many choices of poutine, and they have daily specials which is always a nice touch.
There was no line when we arrived and our food took only 10 minutes to make.
The outdoor seating area is small but cute, very fun little place!

Stopped in to this little Gem in our town. Got a Greek Burger combo to go. It was fantastic and generous portion of fries and tonnes of feta. Taste was spot on and everything was fresh. The staff were nice and pleasant. The price was half of what other premium burger places are charging these days and matched the fast food chains. Why would you choose fastfood over local fresh ingredients ? Support local, I will be returning and would recommend that you give them a try.

The food is delicious! Great sized portions and tons of toppings on the poutines. They have a variety that makes it so that there’s something for everyone on the menu. Don’t like poutine? They have burgers, gyros, and loaded tater tots. We’ve been going here since they opened and it’s become one of our favourite spots in amherstburg!

The first time I had their chicken caesar poutine, it was great. A few of us went a second time very recently and we all disliked what we got. Waaay too much liquid (gravy, cheese sauce, sour cream etc) so the fries were super soggy and gross. Not sure if we just got a new employee making it, but based on this experience we won’t be back.

Craves Poutinerie serves up some of the best poutines that marry crispy fries, cheese curds, and savory gravy in perfect blend. Each bite will leave you crave more. Must try place for poutine lovers also check out their burgers menu it has some fabulous bites in it.

Pountines weren’t very good. We bought 3 large and a couple hamburgers. The hamburger was ready in 30 second… but nothing on the grill???? Burger had been sitting for awhile. Was asking what they recommend, and the dude with the glasses seemed like he didn’t even want my business. Not a great experience. I still think 1812 is far superior. Work on your customer service guys!

Food and service was amazing!!! Highly recommended the double bacon poutine, was absolutely scrumptious! The funnel fries (my first time ever having them) were to die for. Go try it out, you won’t be disappointed.
