Location has really taken a hit for quality over the past couple of months. Mainly was stopping in for ice cream, but last few times I have got a shake or blast that was supposed to have things mixed in, there was only enough ‘mixed in’ to cover the top then it was only a vanilla ice cream at the bottom 7/8ths of the item.

This location is in drastic need of better management and staff. The whole experience is always subpar to every other location in West Monroe. They are always very unprofessional when taking orders, the wait time is excessive, and they are always out of picante sauce packets here for some reason. The food is typically still good when they get your order right. Overall it needs to improve and I hope it does.
Still feel this location needs to improve on professionalism but on my most recent visit everything was on point and our carhop was great. Updating from 1 to 4 stars.

“Porsha” was rude, have been getting floats with my combos for years now and all of a sudden today I’m not able to according to her. She got the coffee wrong and when I asked if it was what it was supposed to be she just said she didn’t know and she didn’t make it, no help. Don’t recommend this location, they WILL get your order wrong and not care whatsoever.

Stopped for breakfast on our trip and not only was it delicious but HOT. Loved the coffee just as much as the breakfast sandwich on brioche. Bacon and egg brioche was delicious.

I eat here more then I should, but there bacon breakfast toaster is the best ever. Then I get to see there very sweet car hop staff. One of the nicest lady’s up there is Daisy and I hope you get a chance to have her car hop for you.

We ordered 2 milkshakes and a large Oreo blast with two added toppings. If you crushed one Oreo up, that might be the amount of cookie in this large blast. And no additional toppings… The worst part is, it has the consistency of soup. The two milkshakes are literally thicker than this blast. I just brought it home and put it in the freezer. Next time I will go to Walmart and buy ice cream. Sad…

Nothing but pure laziness, ordered two blast only to have an employee cover the top layer with toppings and nothing inside the actual ice cream. Who ever is letting their employees at this franchise put out this kind of quality should be ashamed!! I will never return to this location again, ridiculous!

Served cold food…immediately called manager who dismissed my complaint and said they would throw the cold food away. I’m sure they did. They knew mine food was cold and hard as a rock when it went in the bag! I wasnt able to go back and wasn’t offered a replacement at a later date. As the one on Thomas Rd did when I got home and had no meat on my hamburger. Instead of making me drive back to town. The manager honored it for a later date

Absolutely horrible. EVERY TIME I come here, no one will serve me. Without a doubt. Every time I’ve tried, no one. It isn’t just a broken stall either, I’ve tried multiple stalls and the drive through! I went tonight about 20 minutes before close and waited 15 minutes in the stall. I kept pressing the button and kept hearing a woman come on the microphone, breathe, and then turn it off on me. I waited SO LONG that someone in the stall next to me came to check on me. A random stranger checked on me, but an employee wouldn’t! I finally pulled into the drive through and multiple employees stared at me, looked down, walked away and turned off the lights on me. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS!!!! Once was in broad daylight around 1pm and I waited 10 minutes (yes, I did watch the clock) and no one would answer me. I kept hearing them turn off the microphone and employees giggling in the background. This business is a pathetic joke, and so is the “training” of everyone being paid to stand around and do nothing. I work in fast food, so I know what it feels like. I would never treat someone the way that this restaurant has treated me. It takes a lot to make me mad, but this place has me LIVID. Please, for the love of God, just go to McDonald’s or anywhere else. Their ice cream machine might always be “broken” and your drink might have suspicious bubbles that may or may not be spit, but at least you’ll get some form of service!
