I placed a pickup order yesterday afternoon. I ordered boneless wings, chicken strips, bone in wings, & an order of fries. I requested all of the meat/chicken to be well done. After arriving home and seeing the food I could immediately tell that the food was undercooked, the chicken had a pink hue on the inside as well as every wing had feathers all over them. The boneless wings were undercooked as well. So I thought hey maybe out of all these inedible wings that the strips would be good to try, NEGATIVE! They were undercooked as well and they were soggy as if they were dropped right in and out of the fryer. Definitely going to report this because wingstop is not cheap #1 & #2 who wants to have to take a trip to the ER due to them not cooking food properly &/or following request. Nothing much to say about the service because it was a pickup order. But the overall food was absolutely horrible. I big waste of time and money .. still had to come home and cook which is what I didn’t want to do

Just made an Uber eats order. All of my bone-in wings had feathers, as shown in the pictures. I had several fries stuck together too. Having to pluck off feathers on every single wing was nasty. Two of my boneless spicy Korean bqq wings didn’t have the sauce on them. The food was cold…plus I didn’t get ice in my drink.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely the Worst Wingstop Experience Ever
I’ve been a loyal Wingstop customer for years and have never had a problem ordering a variety of flavors—until I came to this location. I simply asked to order 5 wings of each flavor, something I’ve done at multiple Wingstop stores without issue. But here? The manager and cashier flat-out refused. No explanation. No attempt to help. Just a rude, dismissive “we don’t do that here.”
What kind of customer service is that? If other Wingstop locations can accommodate a reasonable request like that, why is this store so unwilling to do the same? It felt like they just didn’t want to be bothered. The manager clearly lacked any sense of hospitality or flexibility, and the cashier was just as unhelpful—rolling their eyes like I was asking for something outrageous instead of just trying to enjoy the food your chain is known for.
This store clearly doesn’t value customer loyalty or satisfaction. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this location. Do better.

I placed my order at 6:08pm and received an email saying it’ll be ready between 28-33minutes. Upon arrival, employees kept mentioning to everyone the wait time will be 1hr to 1.5hrs. I recieved my food past 8pm. That’s a total of 2hrs waiting. I asked for two complimentary drinks since I waited so long and was told I’ve been waiting 1hr. Unless my order isn’t considered until 33minutes pass? Two complimentary drinks while waiting longer than everyone who came and left before us wouldn’t hurt anyone. Just an unhappy, hungry customer. PLUS, the wings were not fully sauced. As if given the last spoon of sauce left and sent it out.
