First introduction to Malaysian food and it was delicious! Got the Nasi Lemak and Hainanese chicken rice. Both dishes looked and tasted amazing. We also got the Roti Canai as an appetizer, which really stood out. For the unique flavors offered here, it felt extremely fair priced. Will definitely be coming back.

If you’re looking for authentic Malaysia here in the heart of Metro Detroit, you have most definitely come to the right place. I can say this with confidence as someone who has had the pleasure of traveling to Malaysia on three separate occasions in recent years. The bubble tea, albeit only offered in 16 oz size, is fairly priced, delicious, and automatically served with high-quality tapioca pearls. The Nasi Lemak is definitely worth the price despite what some might claim to be a few bucks more than comparable dishes because it is the REAL DEAL! It tastes as if it were made in Malaysia and had me reminiscing of my time there with every bite. The adorable decor and friendliness of the staff definitely represents the warm spirit of Southeast Asia beautifully!

I have probably driven past this place so many times and did not know it existed until this past year. This truly is a Hidden gem. Each bite was exploding with flavor, I felt like I traveled across the country just dining in here. I can’t say I’ve had Malaysian food before and my experience. Here did not disappoint. Just have to go in and try whatever peaks your interest. The staff was very friendly and the food came out very quickly. I would definitely come here again! Highly recommend checking this place out, I will definitely be back.

This was my first time trying Malaysian food and it did not disappoint. Satay chicken had a sweet interesting taste. I also had a coconut boba milk tea and it was delicious and flavored. Tried the beef with noodle dish, and I can say the portion is a lot. So be ready to pack for home some food!

I love the Roti Canai, Hainanese Chicken with rice and the sauteed bok choy. Will keep going back even for just these! The fish balls were good, too, but way too small for the price which I don’t think justifies it. I would try their other menu options next time.

LOVE this place!! Everything is so flavorful! One of my most favorite dishes is the roti canai with curry dipping sauce. The best part is that many of their dishes can be made vegetarian and/or vegan/plant-based, just ask! I especially love the fried mushrooms and stir fried tofu+green beans+peanuts. I always make it a point to come here whenever I visit Michigan, it is one of my top favorite restaurants for my vegetarian/plant based lifestyle

Their Nasi Lemak was fantastic. The coconut milk flavor in the rice was distinct and the spicyness of their anchovy sambal was authentic! The prawns in the pasembur was fresh and the dish was in a large portion. The Char Kuey Teow is a must try as well.

Ordered Fresh Young Coconut ($5.95), Roti Canai ($5.25), Satay Beef ($9.95), Asam Laksa ($12.95), Cantonese Chow Fun ($11.95), Beef Rendang w. Rice ($14.95), Pulut Hitam ($5.5). Roti Canai is good but could be crispier. Beef Rendang has relatively small portion for a main dish and only had 6 piece of meats. Cantonese Chow Fun turned better than anticipated. Asam Laksa
has good flavor and nice rice noodles but not much protein. Overall, I was exciting too see many dishes listed on the menu that were hard to get within the state and will be interested in trying other items in the future. However, my friends were bothered with the bathrooms and were not given the full itemized receipt before payment (paid at the counter on the way out); thus 4 stars. Looking forward to seeing improvements in this in future visit.

One extra star for the iconic dish’s good flavor. Otherwise is one star. Very expensive for the Stingy amount. Dry fish soup stinks. the nasi Lama, Hannaies chicken and Malaysia fried noodles are good flavor though. Will not return anymore for the stingy amount and the over price.

This is like the only place you’re ever going to get any Malaysian food anywhere in the Detroit metro area. With that said, these guys don’t play and the food here is straight
The roast pork noodle soup and the beef rendang are really good.
If the Dong Po Pork is being served off the special menu, then get that since it literally MELT IN YOUR MOUTH.
