First time eating at this new Freddy’s location. I had to wait a while due to the cashiers needing to restock the register with coins.
Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. My order consisted of the limited time BBQ Brisket Steakburger with fries and a Key Lime Pie Concrete.
The burger was pretty good. The pickle slices were surprisingly large and plenty crunchy. The brisket wasn’t too bad but it was a little on the chewy side and I felt like it got overshadowed by the rest of the burger.
The fries were thinner than what I was used to but they weren’t bad. Though they were a bit on the salty side; I’ll be sure to ask for ketchup next time.
As for the custard, I enjoyed the Key Lime Pie option. It had plenty of lime flavor and the crushed graham crackers added some nice sweet crunch to the mix.
Overall, I found it to be a satisfying experience. I’ll make time to hit this place again.

There was 3 people at the Drive Thru Window. They were super nice, and the food was delicious. Best customer service ever at a Drive Thru. They also got me my food really quickly. Very positive experience, will be going here again

Serve food on a dirty wet tray. Makes you wonder what nasty happens to the food you don’t see. Was my food prepared by unwashed wiping hands? Make you think when you see this. Probably won’t come back for a while if ever.

Went to get ice cream through the drive thru and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the order. Made eye contact with multiple employees and not one came over to help. After waiting someone came to the window and gave me the wrong order and utensils. Have gone multiple times and dealt with long wait times at the drive thru but this was ridiculous.
