We stopped in for a snack, we ordered 2 sushi rolls, chips and queso, and hush puppies. I loved Folly Love roll, it’s pictured below. The queso wasn’t so great. The hush puppies were served with melted butter and those were very good.

After a visit to Folly Beach we went into town and searched for high rated restaurant, selecting Catch 23 as it had a rooftop bar and seating area that overlooked towards the ocean. It was self seating and we were able to grab a table closest the water side. Although the ocean view was obstructed by a hotel and other structures you were able to see the pier and a portion of the beach.
Started with a strawberry limeade drink, which was great, and a Chicken Nacho appetizer which was okay. It was a good size but did not have enough chicken and the chicken was a nit dry. Ended the meal with a peanut butter explosion cake which we shared and both thought was okay but a dry chocolate cake, not any explosion!
The waitress, Alyssa, was very pleasant, attentive and accommodating as we switched tables right after ordering drinks as one opened up closer to the water.
Did anyone notice the dog with the glasses?

Great service! Our waitress, Chloe, was super sweet. The food, exceptional. We just finished 5 days at Disney and the food is a relief from the prison food at Disney. We had fish and chips, kids chicken strips, and I had the boil. Worth every penny. Not too much food – like many places who replace quality with quantity. Shrimp were great, fish was great, and kid ate all of the chicken strips. But, the best part – exceptional service. Funny how that makes the food taste better. Highly recommend.

We were able to book a 9 top for the 4th of July ahead of time, which was such a stress remover day of. All the food was great! Our appetizers were delicious, we got chips, pretzel bites, and shrimp. The drinks were nice as well. My strawberry daiquiri was . I got the spicy tuna roll for dinner which was so yummy. Everybody enjoyed their meals as well. Our server was great and did an excellent job handling two big groups that got sat at the same time. The only thing that was negative was that where we were sat on the second floor was so hot. We were sweating bullets, but other than that everything was good

Stopped by this restaurant on our way back from the Folly Beach. We ordered sushi — the Sexy Roll and the Folly Lover’s Roll. While the first one was delicious, we felt the fillet mignon on the Folly Lover roll was too smoky, almost burnt tasting. Otherwise the sushi rolls were great— fresh fish and tasty sauce. The service was excellent.

Peel and eat shrimp were well seasoned and the bartender was a great sport. He was busy and newer, but had a great attitude. Was hustling and constantly checking in on our large group. Great views from the rooftop bar.

We sat on the rooftop outdoor seating at the bar and had great service! The live music and food was great for our dinner. I would recommend the seafood platter and the shrimp appetizer, delicious!!!

Our group stopped by for lunch today while visiting Folly, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and the service was fantastic — super friendly and impressively quick.
We decided to keep it light and ordered a bunch of appetizers to share after our dolphin tour. Everything came out fresh and hit the spot. I got the “Folly Lover” sushi roll, which was absolutely delicious — perfectly rolled and full of flavor. A lot of folks in our group went for the frozen drinks that came in fun souvenir cups, and everyone was raving about them.
We also shared plates of fried calamari and chicken nachos. Both were packed with flavor and great for passing around the table.
The atmosphere was laid-back and exactly what you’d want after a morning out on the water. I’d definitely come back here next time we’re in the area — it’s a perfect spot to relax, grab some tasty bites, and enjoy the Folly vibe.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Was lucky enough to get a spot on the roof with great weather— The breeze is great on a hot day!
The service was amazing. Our server, Madeline, was constantly bringing new drinks when any of our cups got low, gave great suggestions, and was very helpful!
Now the FOOD… I saved the best for last. Amazing sushi and the shrimp skewer was to die for. Absolutely coming again!

The food here is really good. We sat on the rooftop. Our servers were AMAZING as well. The whole place is a VIBE. We will definitely be back. Oan: their sushi is pretty good!
