Check # 76 Reg # 33. Ordered on line. Delivery outsourced to Uber driver. 1/2 hr wait and delivery location is < 5 minutes away. Little John #3 had 1 tablespoon of tuna at best....was all condiments and bread. We've been long time customer ordering Little John #3 and this tuna portion was embarrassingly small. Called the store to complain and inquire about a complimentary sandwich to be redelivered. Was met with resistance from employee attempting to justify tuna portion is all that's put on the Little John's and NO complimentary sandwich would be delivery, no apology, nothing.
Freaky SLOW, overpriced and undersized portion.
No need to patronize this restaurant in the future.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Jimmy John’s. Despite clearly indicating that I did not want onions on my sandwich when placing my order, the sandwich arrived with onions anyway. Luckily, I don’t have an allergy to onions, but this could have been a problem with someone who did have an allergy. But I was still disappointed that my order wasn’t read correctly.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this particular Jimmy John’s location. In fact, each time I have visited, my sandwiches have been missing items or has been made incorrectly. It’s frustrating that the staff can’t seem to get it right, despite my repeated attempts to provide clear instructions.
Overall, I was disappointed with the service and quality of my experience at this Jimmy John’s location. I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future, as I’m hesitant to return given my consistently negative experiences.

Ordered through the Jimmy John’s app and my delivery was outsourced to Uber. Uber provided a delivery time of 60 minutes after I placed my order… um what?! On a Wednesday at 5pm? Absolutely not “freaky fast” which was the primary reason for our order today. Won’t be ordering delivery from this location again.

Tell me why when my sandwich order was disgusting and poorly made I asked for a refund they said you can get $5 off next time. Like there will not BE a next time ??? When I called customer service to complain, they said they had no jurisdiction and were only able to report to the store owner, WHO WAS THERE WHEN THIS HAPPENED. You will get what you pay for here and no customer service or help if it’s wrong. No accountability taken. No communication from owner. No good review coming from me ♀️

I called on Wednesday to ask questions about catering, they said for an order my size put it in the day before. I put the order in the next day then they day before my catering order i called to make an adjustment for one of the sandwiches and someone else told me they couldn’t fulfill my order because they had too many orders that day. Very disappointed

Sandwiches were as expected. Line cooks were locked in on their phones (gross), didn’t even look up from them to say thank you Cashier was okay. I wouldn’t hire any of them. It’s no Jersey Mike’s or Potbelly, not too bad I guess

I’ve had good and bad experiences at this establishment. There have been experienced where I’d give this location 5 starts, and experienced where I’d give it 1 star. Let me start with the good stuff. The sandwiches are always made fresh in front of you, and you can clearly see the quality of all ingredients. Ordering from there is always a guarantee of eating good quality food. Now for the negative stuff. They forget parts of your order! Once a coworker ordered sandwiches through the app for my coworkers and I, and she never received her sandwich! I had to Karen the store manager in order to get my friend in-store credit which is totally wrong. She should’ve been compensated greatly for that mistake. One of my friends had to go hungry. Over all, it’s good if you are in person watching them make and count your sandwiches, but risky if you order online. Count your items before leaving the store!!

A snafu with using their app to order occurred and a plain bun was delivered for my son’s lunch. Called the store to se of this could be fixed with either a refund, credit, or redelivery. The staff member was indifferent and somewhat rude. They called their GM to see if they’d provide permission for a refund, and the GM declined to provide any assistance stating it was not their fault. Very poor service – disappointing experience.
