I walked in but chose to leave without placing an order due to the staff’s behavior.
The employee who was assisting me was rude and dismissive from the start. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. When I asked if someone else could prepare my sandwich, the staff began laughing behind the counter, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
There was also a lack of transparency in the food preparation area, as employees were out of sight and not clearly visible while handling food. That made me uneasy.
Customer service should make people feel comfortable and respected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I won’t be returning.

Whether it’s a hott sub or a cold one, mikes way , is just that, On any sub!. People do look at whats being prepared for them, i asked clearly mikes way, and politely. the person that was on hot station was a female, I’ve seen other reviews that say the girls here are having issues with their job, management needs to come check in on these kids

The food here is delicious, but the customers service needs improvement. On my second visit, I experienced some attitude from one of the employees. She seemed annoyed that I didn’t know to order toppings first, and the first time I went no one asked me and when my order was ready the guy said “ what would you like for ur toppings” AFTER my food was cooked, and it made for an uncomfortable experience. It’s a shame because the food is great, but the negative energy from the staff(female workers) really ruin everything.

When I first saw that they were going to open a new plaza new me I was excited and when I found out there will be a jersey Mike’s I was more excited I waited a long time to start buying my sandwiches at Mike’s, I been coming to this location since it opened , been a loyal customer but recently saw new workers , they look at you like they are mad like if your not welcome , and for the past two months they seem like they pick and chose what customers they want to attend first and who they want them to wait. I’m really disappointed Mike’s can do a lot better in picking and chosing there employees , specially when your spending $40 almost every week so bummed out this will be my last time at this location thank you for reading .

I will be honest the food here is amazing & the team work is phenomenal. The biggest thing wrong here is the customer service lacks tremendously. They definitely stare and keep doing what they are doing with no greeting or they will wait for you to say can I order. They don’t seem to want to be at work or they aren’t a people person. Customer service training should be had because the food is great but it’s nothing with out the grand experience.

Jersey Mike’s just went up on their Prices a couple of months ago. They say they have New Owners. The Sandwiches are the best fast food chain to me on the West Coast, but they cut their slices of cheese to thin. Sometimes, I can’t taste the cheese. Also, if your sandwiches don’t look like the correct portions, you can ask them to weigh your Sandwiche for the correct position.
