We were excited to try out Freestone, but our first time will definitely be our last time. Here are the reasons why: the person in front of me ordered and paid online for something gluten-free, and when she got to the front of the line they were out, and she was obviously disappointed (saying this is necessary for her family), but the employee didn’t show much empathy or sympathy. Then, when we got to the front of the line, I ordered a cold brew and they were out and my son ordered a breakfast burrito and they were out. This was on a Monday morning at about 9:30 AM.

We went there to try their food and coffee, but none of what we wanted was there, so we both ordered an overpriced breakfast sandwich. Both sandwiches were $11 and were worth a maximum of $7.95. Our money would have been better spent at Starbucks! The outdoor tables were dirty and again, the employee wasn’t accommodating and after she took our order, she literally just walked off and didn’t say anything. I then had to wait around and ask her if she would call us when the breakfast sandwiches were done. She said she would. Eight minutes later I walked back in and the breakfast sandwiches were sitting on the counter. She must’ve forgotten to call us.

Anyway, you can see the menu and see that it’s very overpriced. Unfortunately this is another place that will likely last a year or less. Good luck!

I always feel nourished when I stop here for lunch or an afternoon treat. Its become my favorite stop in downtown Snoqualmie. Also love the open area upstairs! Makes coffee so much more enjoyable when my toddler can safest explore!!

Had a great Gluten Free breakfast sandwich! Bread was big and not the typical small size, store bought kind. Mocha was great as well!

They had a lot of gluten and gluten free treats as well! Also had items for dogs like Paw Balm and Pizza treats!

Will be going back for sure!!

Freestone Collective is an absolute gem in our community! Their Thursday pizza nights are not to be missed, seriously delicious. The sourdough bread is incredible (that crust and flavor!) and the pasties are the perfect comfort food.

If you haven’t tried their Thursday pizza yet, do yourself a favor and go. You’ll become a regular like us!

Update 3/2/25: stopped by and they now have espresso and coffee! Run by the same family that started Arete Cafe, so the coffee is excellent.

Best breakfast burrito in the area for grab and go. I was surprised to find so much quality fresh made food here: sandwiches, salads, baguettes, sourdough loaves, croissants, cookies, all the baked treats, etc. The organic premade and cook at home meals look awesome. Nice surprise to grab a coffee, burrito and hit the road.

Such a cool place! The Wild Roots chai was SO good, my husband loved his latte. Tons of gluten free options and lots of cool items in their little market. The staff were friendly and the wait wasn’t too long considering all the people in line!

Greta spot for breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks. REALLY delicious food and bakery items. Coffee is amazing and they make their own syrups. Great grab and go items in the fridge and other high quality items for sale. Would highly recommend and will be back!!

Got served a rock hard piece of toast for my avocado toast, like so hard we couldnt cut into or bite into it. Went to ask for a refund, which i begrudgingly got, but cashier girl didnt say sorry or even seem to care about the piece of rock they served us. Maybe if she had offered up a solution or replacement or even seemed remotely sorry I would’ve taken it and kept my business & money within their establishment. But everything was overpriced in there so they probably couldn’t care less about my measly $8.

Hands down our go to spot for fresh food. Amazing breakfast and lunch options and every Thursday is pizza night. We ride our bikes over and indulge!! Then grab some pastries for breakfast. They are also my go to for my corporate meetings. Definitely worth the hop off the 90 or a soon favorite for the locals.
