Normally I enjoy going to this BK but the last few times the foods been cold… but yesterday was ridiculous I went to get dinner and nobody was working or if they were they refused to go to the drive thru to take the orders sat there for 20mins waiting called the store no answer drove around the building seen body’s in the store. So hit the drive thru again and still nobody wanted to help me so I had to go out of my way on my break to go to Stevensville location when this location is 2mins from my job

Everything i order from Here they forget somthing or mess up somthing. Tonight they forgot 2 med fries and a chicken fry. Try to call and their number just ends the call. And of course I looked no receipt. This economy is already expensive so to pay for stuff and not get it and so u pay more for the couple items you did het is messed up. I will be going there to get my refund bc this is not right. Every time. Idk if they need new management or what.

Can barely ever get any items I want here, they’re always out of a few things. Will always take long to get food during the day. The night staff just won’t take your order or will say “be right with you” and disappear. Either the whole place is run by 1 person who’s busy on the grill for 10 minutes at a time, or they just want you to leave.
This location has been basically inoperable for years. It’s bizarre.

Never come late at night they either will take forever or they just won’t take your order when you pull up to the drive through. Always under staffed and terrible staff at that. If you want burger go to stevensville you won’t have to deal with the constant inconsistency’s. By far the worst operated fast food business I’ve ever been to and it’s been like that for years. No idea why they don’t swap it out for another fast food business we need a blaze pizza right there.

The host was the rudest person I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant! From the first time she spoke at the speaker,I could tell I was in for an “experience”, and I was not wrong! After the order was taken and I approached the window, I was greeted by “$18.38”. Maybe I am wrong to think a “good evening”, or “hello” would be appropriate. This was followed by her leaning on the counter and yawning while waiting for the food to be ready (I assume that was the reason for the delay). After which she pushed the bags of food out of the window and said absolutely nothing. So I asked, ” would it kill you to say thanks?”. The response was breathtaking! As she slammed the window shut, and made body gestures of complete discontent, I sat there for a moment in shock. I am not sure if Quality Dining inc . still the owner of this location but whomever is, should understand how customers are being served. Oh, I almost forgot the food quality because I was so overwhelmed by the terrible service. Look at the photo of the bag. The bag was soaked through with oil. I will certainly think twice before returning!

Ordered chicken and bacon sandwich no tomato no mayonnaise had both tomato and mayonnaise on it bun is so stale I had to use a couple pieces of bread from home on a positive note The fries were hot.

Astoundingly filthy and terrible location. Don’t take your kids, you can hear people dropping foul language from the kitchen so loud you can hear it in the lobby. I’d rather boil and eat a shoe.
