This was honestly one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the owner (a Sikh man) stared me down the entire time, which made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, there are signs everywhere saying “no refills” and “no extra ketchup” – such a cheap and unwelcoming way to do business.
The staff, mostly Hispanic employees, looked traumatized and stressed. When I went to pay, they literally checked my receipt for nearly two minutes as if I was trying to get away with something. This is not how you treat paying customers.
Being this stingy is such a turn-off. You catch more bees with honey, but instead the vibe here is hostile, penny-pinching, and unfriendly. As an Indian customer, it’s especially disappointing to see the owner treating his own community and other minorities poorly while catering to others.
I will be spreading the word within the Indian community to avoid this location. Stop being so cheap and start treating all your customers with respect.

Ordered the family pack. Thought i ordered the 2 whopper and 2 cheese burger instead got 1 cheese burger and classic chicken sandwich. (Not so much of a big deal but it had mayo on it). Also supposed to come with 8 nuggets they forgot to add them. When I went back in they gave it them to me.

Discounts outside the restaurant. Your order does not have these products. They are just brought inside and the service is not good. I ordered raw chicken. My order was placed after 30 minutes and the payment does not work. You have to go to the front cashier and there is also a long wait. Then I returned to the bar and there is a long waiting line. I do not advise any normal person to go to this place. the shop

Terrible experience. The atmosphere here is unwelcoming, with constant rules plastered everywhere — no refills, no extra ketchup — like customers are being punished. Honestly, I was a little peeved when I got here because it says “Burger King” in Google maps but we drive here and it’s also a Bola Market. We were looking to sit down as a family and we are the car instead. But besides that, BOOOYYYY the hook up was tight! The crispy onion whopper was better than a stand alone Burger King, we got more fries, a good amount of napkins and sauce packets. They even separated our meals per bag. If I had cash I’d have given the best tip. Thank you!

Here to get gas. Got a burger and fries, everything was horrible. Food was cold. Fries were cold buns were old almost hard will never come here again. People are beast metal. Do not come to this. Burger King the one on Newbridge Road and Hempstead Turnpike is Hundred

Service was extremely excellent. Knowagble, spoke clearly that I could understand them and very friendly. Food was great. Had just a wopper meal deal and a burger but food was cooked well and tasted excellent. Great job all over here please keep up your most excellent work.

Clean and well maintained Establishment. Quick order, fast service, made-to-order, friendly management & staff. You can also observe your food being made through a small glass window in the preparation area. Aurora and Ana always remember small details of your order and create a positive interaction. There is young guy that works there who is nice as well. Yes, I know it’s a BK, but service and freshness is key.

I had to run in to use the ATM machine quickly, and I thought I’d have time to grab my kids breakfast sandwiches, so I foolishly ordered breakfast at the kiosk thinking Burger King sandwiches usually take about 5 minutes to push out. That’s on me. Dumb move not assuming something would go wrong! There was nobody else in line. Five minutes later someone calls my name and says it is going to be another 10 minutes. I say I can’t wait (and I really couldn’t), please just refund me, and she says they cannot refund me because I ordered from the kiosk. Then she says, “you can just wait!” No thank you. Just give me my money back. She tells me I have to call customer service to get my money back, so I call and the customer service rep tells me that I have been lied to and only the store where I ordered the food can give me my money back. But not to worry, he will run my complaint “up the line,” and I’ll get a response in “3-5 days.” So the joke is on me. That’s what I get for ordering Burger King food at all, let alone from a convenience store Burger King. Lesson learned.
