Very good experience overall. The service was great and the food second to none. One can tell they take pride in their work and it is well justified. It did take some time to get the order ready but that’s probably because they did take their time making sure everything was in perfect shape. Definitely recommend.

Food was absolutely amazing, 11/10. The chicken shish wrap is delicious, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat. The garlic sauce is beyond stunning though, whatever you order make sure to get some of that on the side. Service was also amazing, very friendly! Would absolutely come again.

This is the 4th time I’ve eaten here and I would highly recommend anyone to come eat here
Me my wife and a friend shared the small eco plate and left full and happy. I would also highly recommend the gyro, it’s extremely well done and perfectly balanced.
The owner is a wonderful man who makes sure every need is met.

The lamb, the rice, and just absolutely everything, my goodness, does it remind me of my mother-in-law’s Mediterranean food. People are slacking if they don’t come here! Many places are hit or miss, but this one is absolute perfection!

We visited Zand Persian Kebabs and had an amazing experience! I ordered the lamb koobideh wrap, and my husband had the lamb koobideh kebab with rice. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, some of the best Iranian food you can find in Texas. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and perfectly prepared.
What made it even better was the hospitality. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and despite having several staff members, he personally makes sure customers are greeted warmly and that the food quality is excellent.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for genuine Persian food and great service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely delicious food! Came here with my colleagues and we all loved it. Great portion sizes for a great price, I got the lamb kubadeh and it came with two sides. The lamb was so flavorful and we learned that it is ground in store (explains how delish it is). Service was speedy despite it being dinner time. Overall highly recommend stopping here for some absolutely amazing food!!

With all the stuff gone on in Iran, I wanted to go try out some Persian food. Well, I read the reviews before it went and they’re absolutely correct. The owner was polite. The food was amazing. I will be going back thank you sir.

Pretty great kebabs. Ton of meat and very juicy. The Mix koobideh was great. The lamb soltani was a bit chewy. was hoping the pita side would come with some hummus by default, but there’s a charge for it. Wasn’t a fan of the Ganoushe, probably just isn’t my thing. Falafel good. Dolma good.
Service was super nice. Would be good to have knives probably by default considering it is meat skewers.
Baklava great too.
Small establishment, ideal for a group of max size 4.
Clean restroom present.

I’ve never written a review before, but Ali, the owner of Zand’s, truly deserves it. Walking into Zand’s and being greeted by Ali’s big smile feels like coming home after a long day. He has this amazing energy— kind, welcoming, and full of life— that instantly makes you feel at ease.
There’s something special about the way Ali runs his restaurant. He pours his heart into every plate and treats every guest like family. His joy is infectious, his kindness genuine, and his generosity unmatched.
And the food? Incredible. Every bite tastes of passion, love, and tradition. Ali makes sure each plate is crafted to your liking, and his hospitality makes you feel like family.
Zand’s and Mr. Ali are reql treasures in BCS and we are so lucky to have them!
I recommend this place to anyone and hope Ali’s business continues to grow and thrive—because people like him and places like Zand’s make ordinary days feel special.

Not sure why I hadn’t heard of this place before but this was a rare find. It may look like a tiny, hole in the wall sort of place but the food is just delicious! I got the chicken shish and gyro wrapped and it was just heavenly! I will definitely go back to try out more items on their menu. And don’t take me wrong, their portion sizes are big. I was just really hungry!
And much like the other reviews, the owner was extremely friendly and personable. Having started this place 9 years ago, there’s a reason why they’re still around! Be ready for a little wait because everything is made fresh but trust me, it’s worth it!
