Worst drive thru experience ever. And I know fast food is usually terrible as is but I was craving a whopper. All I got was a whopper and onion ring and I specifically said two zesty sauces. We waited at the window for 15 minutes. Literally. Because they didn’t even know what we ordered and had to ask us again when we pulled up, we finally get home my whopper is falling apart and they gave me one zesty and one marinara sauce. Embarrassing.

I’ve been going here on my work breaks for a while, but the meal i had today was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had from a burger king, period.
I ordered a Texas Double Whopper with a medium fry and a medium vanilla milk shake.
Hands down the very best looking whopper ever from any burger king. Whoever made my sandwich you should be proud of doing such a good job, even if you think its just fast food. When im paying 16 or more for a meal, I at least hope it looks like they cared, and this time yall went above and beyond!! Thank you!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I don’t know what the hell is wrong with the person that was at the drive-thru when I ordered today he seemed like he was drunk or high today… On that note I asked for something to be bagged separately because I have a food allergy and the employee. Then after taking my money decided to take the food out of one bag and put it into a new bag after touching all the food I ordered. If I wasn’t careful, this employee would have killed me and I would have sued the living heck out of this location. I shouldn’t have to tell everybody about my allergy. And thanks to your employee now me and my family are fighting. I don’t ever want to see that employee again because I don’t have anything nice to say to them and I’d rather be an adult but due to this world I will never go back there. I would never recommendI don’t ever want to see that employee again because I don’t have anything nice to say to them and I’d rather be an adult but due to this world I will never go back there for you I would never recommend thanks to this location, now I have more issues than what I had going there… I hope management reaches out and contacts me soon because I spent $20 and I want some of it back because your employees attempted to kill me and if I were to take it to court that’s how they’d see it

I ordered takeout. When I got home an item was missing. I went back to get said item this time going in. The server did not apologize and instead of giving me the item in my outstretched hand and me saying thank you, she threw the item down on the counter. Sorry for wanting what I paid for.

It was not my burger choice, and honestly, my expectations were pretty low. Let’s just say I wasn’t anticipating a gourmet experience! My grandchildren’s expectations, however, were sky-high for a “crown” and a burger.
The verdict? Everyone got what they came for, so ♂️. The kids were thrilled with their crowns and kid-friendly meals, and for them, it was clearly a win. While it didn’t redefine my fast-food standards, it absolutely delivered on the promise of happy grandkids. Sometimes, that’s all that matters!
