We picked this place based on google reviews. It has outdated decor with a cozy feeling. We liked the retro look of the inside. The food was good, but not what I’d pick as 5 star. The service was excellent. Very friendly staff. I had the garlic butter pasta with steak and my husband had the chicken parm. Both good, and I’d visit here again.

My wife and I wanted to find an Italian restaurant near us that we hadn’t yet visited. We were happy to find Angelo’s. It’s like stepping back in time to the 80s. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and engaging. She provided suggestions without being pushy. I had the chicken parm and my wife had spaghetti noodles with beef tips. Both were pretty good. The prices were reasonable. I probably wouldn’t drive out of my way again to visit but wouldn’t hesitate to stop again if in the area.

I had a hair in my garlic pasta and once I bit into the pasta I had hair in my mouth which I nearly threw up. I let the waitress (Ruth) know about the problem I was experiencing. Once I let her know about the hair in my pasta she accused somebody from my party had their hair on my pasta. I said no, because nobody from my party had their hair out in my meal. She immediately started gaslighting me about this situation. The waitress asked me to flash my light from my phone to see this hair on my garlic pasta. I shined my light and then she started saying “the hair is attached to your phone.” This comment was INSANE to me because the hair was NOT attached to my phone at all and that I literally SPAT out the pasta once I felt the hair in my mouth. She immediately started gaslighting me about how the hair was attached to my phone when it obviously wasn’t. The waitress asked me if I wanted another meal in exchange and I said no I just want a refund for my meal and she said she would have to check with her manager to approve that. It was so disrespectful how the waitress downgraded the situation and assumed the hair was from my party when we have seen a female cook not having a hairnet on. My Garlic Pasta was voided but they still charged me for the toss salad that is included with the meal. I did not like that this waitress was denying the fact that the hair appeared from somebody from one of their cooks. I had a disappointing experience because not only was the waitress rude and unprofessional, the food was nothing to brag about.

Terrible. Not all did we wait 2 hours to get our food the waiter was extremely rude! Wasn’t polite took forever to get food and drinks even when we had a reservation days in advance. There was also only ONE server/waiter. So reservations are pointless… deserve 0 stars.

The appearance of this restaurant is poor, very dingy, dated and run down. It also smells of smoke. Utensils, plastic glasses and dishes were worn, mismatched, and of poor quality. Food was OK…house salad was a huge disappointment, just iceberg lettuce and a few pale tomatoes. Entree was much better. No bread served with food.

I HAVE BEEN TO ANGELOS DOZENS OF TIMES. FOOD IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT, SERVICE IS USUALLY FAST, ATMOSPHERE IS VERY NICE AND INVITING, PRICES ARE GREAT. I HAVE BEEN ALL OVER THE COUNTRY OVER THE YEARS EATING AT HUNDREDS OF RECOMMENDED RESTAURANTS AND ANGELOS CONTINUES TO BE IN MY TOP 5 EVER.

We were a party of 5, there to celebrate my boyfriend and his sister’s birthdays. We sat in the bar area, which meant the bartender served us. I wish I remembered his name, because he was amazing!! He provided such a wonderful service. He explained the dinner and drink specials, and everything came out hot and delicious. We never had to ask for anything. This is always the restaurant my boyfriend and his family like to go to, and it was my 3rd time there… definitely not my last!!
My boyfriend ordered the steak and said it’s the best he’s had in a long time. Their breadsticks and salad with the house dressing can’t be beat. Highly recommend!!

Dacor inside somewhat out dated. Food was fair to good. Was disappointed when I was given choices of dressing for my salad and got a small container of blue cheese that ended up costing $1.25 over the house dressing. Had called ahead and was told they had lots of empty tables but waited 15 minutes to get one once there.
